Unsatisfactory approach to business
1. I ordered two trellisses.
2. Quildinc were unable to provide them, but offered an alternative.
3. I turned down the alternative and asked for a refund.
4. Quildinc initially did not offer a refund, instead offering me other alternatives.
5. I refused all alternatives and demanded a refund. This, to their credit, was paid promptly.

I have written 2 emails requesting…
I have written 2 emails requesting return information. The product arrived on the 12th July, It looked nothing like the picture and was of very inferior material. I emailed on the 12th, same day, then having had no response emailed again on 18th, still nothing. They say they do returns, but email is the only means of communication. I don’t think this company should be on Trust Pilot. I would never use again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Poor response from company when my items arrived damaged and totally unuseable.
They seem to want your money then dont care about deliver.
I bought replacements which are perfect. Never using this company again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Delivery warning! Do not buy!
Awful . Do not order. My order was cancelled because of where I live with no information about Scotland delivery on website. 5 days for a reply asking for an alternative address (which I provided) also declined delivery. Also claiming not Scotland not in mainland. Stupid. 8 days late until told it was cancelled.

A total scam company
A total scam company.
None of the links to their social sites go anywhere, they have no phone number and will try and fob you off with 'we don't have that is stock currently, but would you like this instead'.
Do not purchase from this site. Also reported to trading standards and Visa.
