Quildinc Arvostelua 

Brought shelving unit from this company that looked a quality product on there website , however on arrival of the shelf was not of the quality for the price of £52. The metal frame was flimsy and the supposed wood shelving was a real thin poor laminate. I contacted them instantly by email as no other form of contact to get a returns label , 8 days on I have received no reply, avoid purchasing from this site.

I placed an order and they sent the wrong item. I have sent several emails but no one has responded. They have no contact number so you can’t call them. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We had a very disappointing experience with Quildinc. We purchased a clothes dryer from them, but instead of receiving the product we selected, they sent us a lower-quality and significantly cheaper model. Despite contacting their customer service twice about the issue, we have yet to receive any response, and it has been over a month. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

They did not send the solar lights I ordered (Litom) I’ve had them before so I know they are good. What I received was a much cheaper version which I could have bought from Amazon for half the price and got next day delivery. I have emailed them on 2 occasions with no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Total scam, sent cheap Chinese rubbish, not the solar lights I ordered. Sent email and there doing nothing. No refund and I am left with utter crap. Avoid this company.

Never, ever buy from this supposed retailer - purchased placemats, colour wasn’t as per website, sought to return. Took them 3 weeks to communicate any form of return, then refused to accept they had been returned, even though there was photographic proof from Royal Mail! Now fighting to get a refund.

Never known a company like it. Avoid.

Absolutely unprofessional, they cancelled an order for unavailable item (which in itself is obviously fine) but then are waisting weeks of time with still no refund. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Absolutely rubbish, they have sent the wrong item out and I cannot get any help from customer service at all. Do not order from them as they will send you the wrong product and keep your money!

I recently purchased a table from SP QUILDINC LONDON, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product was not delivered as promised, and despite returning the item, I have yet to receive my refund. Customer service has been unresponsive, and I feel like I am left with neither my money nor the product I ordered.

The overall quality of the service I received does not match the expectations set by their promotional materials. I would caution others to consider alternative retailers that prioritise customer service and reliability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SP QUILDINC LONDON.

Bought a Piranha EMPEROR desk pc2w from Quildinc. Order No 3722 - Grimes
The WRONG item was delivered; a TETRA pc5w.
Their website has no customer contact number although is states 24/7 customer support.
You have to send a message by email. Over several days i sent a few as I got no response.
4 days later i was offered a 10% rebate. But the desk is NOT USEABLE FOR MY NEEDS. I have requested that the correct desk is sent out, and informed Quildinc that the wrong desk is all packed in my front porch to be returned. Surely the van/lorry that brings the correct item, can pick up and take back the wrong item. Getting a response under my Consumer Rights act 2015 is proving very difficult. Hope Quildinc will resolve.

Unfortunately Quildinc have not responded. Like so many other customer reviews we have had to resort to the Citizens advice for support, Dispute now registered and will be escalated to Trading standards if Quildinc will not follow the Consumer Rights act 2015.

Qulidinc emailed back a single dubious label for a 1 kg item to a company named Jbi supplies, which is a builders merchant yard temporarily closed.

The desk is in 2 packs weighing 51Kg. Part of the label has been scribbled on in black felt pen. The postcode when examined under google maps shows neither jbi supplies or quildinc.

Have requested an explanation from Quildinc. Will they give one?

this company sent me the wrong product, I’ve been trying nearly a week to get them send me a return label, they just constantly make excuses as to why they haven’t been able to send it! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered an item, was sent something completely different. I then Requested a returns label, they replied and said they’d tried to get in touch, but they hadn’t, but offered me 10% discount if I kept the incorrect item.
I then Requested a returns label again, they said they’d get back to me. How difficult can it be to provide a returns label! All this is before I even get to requesting a refund.
There is also no contact number, just an email.
I would not use this company.
I have now no confidence they will handle my refund so have passed this to my legal team to take further action.

Absolutely disgusting company I ordered a 2 bike shed and was sent a garbage shed reported it stright away that was on 20th of June I still have these 2 large parcels in my front room as I'm disabled and housebound. After many email I was sent postage label with no instructions and have asked repeatedly for a courier to collect. Please don't order fromvthis company there is no phone number to contact them only email they font answer for days after receiving them. So I'm still fighting just to get the to collect it back

Ordered a panana bike shed from this company but received a garbage box, emailed on 4 occasions to return for original order or a refund but no response. Reported to trading standards.
I received an email on the day I uploaded my review on trustpilot asking me to remove my negative feedback and to stop any further action that I had taken and that they would send out a label to return the item which they did eventually. I took the 2 heavy boxes to the post office only to be informed that the return label is for a maximum of 2kg, theses boxes where about 20kg each. I emailed this over to them on the 18th July but still no reply. I took the issue up with my credit card and after an investigation issued me with a full refund.
Quildinc if you do get to read this review, then the wrong item that you sent is still here for collection and may I suggest you you seriously look at your customer service.

To give 1 star is too generous. These people are crooks an cons.
I purchased 2 shelves (2 packages) but they sent the wrong color and tried to tell me to keep it for a 10% discount. I refused and told them to send me a return label. They only sent one and ignored me for over 1 1/2 months. I decided to pay for the second box abs returned them both. They still ignored me. It was only after I told them that I was retaining a solicitor, that the finally responded and said they would refund me for both.
These people are rude and just outright horrible. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM.
I finally got my full credit after over 2 months.

Hi, be aware this is probably scam. Many items from etsy for more money, the stole theirs photos and etsy sellers do not even know about that. My partner is one of the etsy seller and I accidentally found his item here for double price

After reading these reviews I must admit that I started to panic as I had spent £157.00 with this company but my orders came with no problems whatsoever. So I’m happy to give them a 5 star rating.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a bed which showed three available to then receive an email 3 days later saying it is not available. They took my money and I can not get hold of the company despite repeatedly emailing them for a refund. Do not order from this company. I have reported them.

Scam website . Took ages to get them to respond and they show an item as stocked but it’s not and just show a cheaper replacement and try ship that out instead so they get more profit. Don’t buy from this website please. Save yourself so much money !!!!!
