Easy and friendly company to deal with, since this is a stressful ordeal we put ourselves in.

Accurate people, organized. Was told it was going to be about an hour, it was pretty close. Have a couple of questions on fees. Will resolve.

Staff was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Trained me on all I needed to know. I hope I never have to recommend them to my friends but will be happy to do so if that situation arises.

I was impressed with the safety protocols and enforcement at the Tempe location. I’ve also experienced great results with the customer service reps on the phone. They always answered promptly with regards to time of day. They answered my questions with not only confidence but rote answers that could not be scripted.
I’m giving them a learning curve for my part but will be back to post in a month.

I am definately having difficulty with my device. I am still struggling to get the device to work for me due to my bells palsy. Pretty much a headache everyday. I have been late to work and missed two days already due to the device. Thanks

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Where to start, rude welcoming and customer service sucks. Pressured me into buying their interlock. And then was told my install would take one hour, which I had to miss work for. ACTUALLY TOOK 4 HOURS!!. Install is to go directly to MVD in 2 days. Mine took a WEEK AND A HALF. The install person set the order request wrong. And I was given nothing in return for all of my struggles. Just an “ok”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE!

Showed up at 945 on a Thursday when the appointment was at 10. Got told that they didn’t know I was even coming in so the owner had to make some phone calls. Was told it would take around 2 hours to install from the representative and didn’t get out of there until 330 in the afternoon. Friday went to start up vehicle and it wouldn’t start or anything the machine wasn’t working. Called the shop and they asked if I could get a rental due to the shop being closed and told to bring it back in on Monday after trouble shooting for 30 mins and the shop calling another person finally was able to get it running. Come to find out the shop installed it wrong. It never started up once the vehicle started like it’s supposed to. Brought the vehicle back in on Monday finally installed properly and after an hour finally was able to leave with a functioning interlock.

Great service and super helpful got done in a timely fashion.

Very helpful and very good customer service

There was a lot of confusion about pricing between QuickStart and the actual place that installed the gadget. On the phone with quick start customer service rep helped me to understand a lot. However numbers were different between the two. Also, quick start says to get the gadget recalibrated every 3 months but their 3rd party install partners are saying every month.
I will say that every time I called the Quick start they answered and were very nice, knew who I was, and did their best!
If quick start and their 3rd party partners were on the same page things would have been smoother with no problems at all.

I am totally satisfied with the service I received. Despite the reason I put myself in to need the service. Your staff is courteous and professional.

I went for the install at the Chsndler location both technician and front desk gentleman’s were very helpful. Explain the process in detail got the installation process and educational guide. They answered all my questions I had. Only problem was the customer service person gave me the wrong $amount that I should be paying so that was unexpected. Otherwise Everything else is good so far on my visit.

The gentleman who helped me and also did my install was very professional, informative, and worked in a timely manner.
The waiting room could use a good wipe down or a fresh coat of paint.
