Steven M. Assisted me today and made the set-up and experience as smooth and professional as one could hope to expect. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Thank you for your time and help.

I need to have my vehicle serviced. It’s going to take a couple weeks for the shop to be able to do the work. The staff here has been nothing but rude when I’m trying to figure out how to get towed and have the work done. On top of the $600 it’s going to cost to have my vehicle towed to them to have the system switched out to another vehicle or thousands I’ll spend on Lyft’s just so I can make it to work while car is in repair, they’re unwilling to work with anyone. Giving the mechanic (dealership) the run around about even being able to touch the vehicle.

Also, their install is absolute trash. The device is on a coiled up cord that finds its way underneath the gas pedal while it doing 70 mph down the interstate causing me to almost be in many accidents. It is extremely unsafe to be distracted like this while driving. I’m a danger to myself and YOUR family because of this nonsense. It should absolutely be made illegal to do this to people.

Being locked out 2.5 days after install in 100+ degree weather and having to speak to someone who was less than empathetic about having my children in the vehicle while stranded due to a device violation that wasn't caused by me is the reason for the low rating. The device is there to prevent someone from breaking the law, not malfunction, inconvenience and potentially cause a heatstroke while waiting on a override code from someone who doesn't care if you start your vehicle or not. Why charge so much for equipment that doesn't work or isn't compatible with newer vehicles? Why blame the paying customer and assume it's something the customer did?

I was shopping for competitive pricing for my required State interlock device. I spoke with Hyrum, who went out of his way to be helpful.
Hyrum did three important things for me besides gaining my business.
1- He was patient with my speech pattern and my numerous questions.
2-He was generous with his time, and made me feel that my potential business was of value.
3- He represented his office, "Quick Start" in a completely professional manner, which inspired confidence in me. He is responsible for my decision to work with Quick Start.

It was super easy to make an appointment with them over the phone. They not only got me free installation (with my coupon) but they beat everyone else's price, and ...installed it correctly!

Great installer at the facility. However, had a couple of false power fails. Was asked to come back to the facility and the gentleman had to re fasten the device.

Service was good, but was disappointed that thier was no spanish speaking employee in person and no spanish speaking video. Thier is alot of spanish speaking people that may need this service. There is a big need for this.

My vehicle is sitting in a shop for 3 days now waiting for your company to send a lock out code before they can work on it this process is to long and needs to be addressed. Was not told this until after I signed up not happy about it .

The interlock place didn’t put my full name on all the paper work and when I asked them about it I was told it wouldn’t be a problem with MVD... sure enough I get to MVD and they couldn’t accept it because of the name issue. Also the price I was told I would pay I’ve the phone was not the price I was given once the device was already installed. Horrible management!!

The price is decent and the installation process went smooth. The reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is because as I was waiting for them to finish the installation one of the front desk guys were arguing with a customer pretty obvious. Thought it was a little unprofessional. And the camera keeps falling off my windshield 😕

I was treated with kindness and no judgement, for starters. That was huge. Secondly, I had such a horrible experience with the last company, so this switch made it so easy. Everything is easy to manage and safer for rolling retests. Also, way more affordable without trying to charge me $100 for accidentally putting my keys in the ignition out of habit (like the previous unnamed company), first. I appreciate everyone who I have dealt with regarding Quick Start and have already recommended plenty from my jail experience your way. They were listening. Thank you for making this experience so much easier and treating me like a human.

Installer was super professional and empathetic to my situation.
I did see someone come in a little bit angry because her equipment has been constantly malfunctioning-he handled her with great consideration and care.
He certainly has made my Abadan situation less painful!

Its not like getting a service or an upgrade added to my car it is a A-DOT Compliance thing! It would not matter if your doing a great job or a Bad job I would still have to pay the same price!

I would give you a big pat on the back because it sounds like you need one... ........ But with COVID I cant do that!!!

The service was pretty easy, and what to do with the device. Staff was very helpful.

So far I have been well guided and have not had any complaints
