Great Service and attention..I recommend it 100%, prices are great I was going yo pay 250 dlls someone else just for installation but here I just paid 83 total and will get a credit for it and first month too. Great great great.

As I'm sure we all can agree having an interlock is a pain in the ass..., today was no exception after my car battery died and it took all morning to get it started. Anyhow once I finally got it to the north Phoenix location I thought it was only gonna get worse but no surprise it didn't!! Jeff was awesome my battery was dead when I got there and we thought I was going to have to change the entire unit for a second time but thankfully we didn't have to. Not only did he fix it he charged my battery before I left. Jeff your the poo and just all around a super awesome guy. Thanks for the help I appreciate you so much

The West PHX location of QuickStart is pretty amazing! This team is easy and they take good care of the members. Even without an appointment they always squeeze me in, especially when I have issues (which happens). It pays to have the insurance plan because my device broke and they have replaced it for free.

I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to get an Ignition Interlock Device to come here. Se habla español. ;)

Jeff and Chris of North Valley were absolutely wonderful! Friendly and helpful, they answered my questions and alleviated my worries involving usage and maintenance of my device. I look forward to my next appointment with them.

North phx location jeff & chris have truly made all the difference in my world of breathalyzer and when i was down and felt like nothing could go right or i was doomed they made extra effort and worked with me when i didnt think i had anyone and made me really believe that Monotech really is a company that cares not just a Huge conglomerate that can not do anything or work with you. If you choose quick start choose this office! I halfway like people again because of them , thank you guys your kindness and Humility shows & is truly refreshing!

Bernadette Clements was totally helpful! Some of the other customer reps were very misleading or just plain unhelpful. Bernadette had a very clear speaking voice and seemed she knew exactly what i needed. She would make a great teacher for some of the other customer reps.
Also a shout out to the Scottsdale Team @ Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. they were fast, efficient, and most helpful

So my battery died because I live in Arizona and that happens often here and I got locked out of my device and they charged me $40 to unlock it. The guy at the counter tells me if I call customer service and sent them a receipt for the replacement battery they will credit my account. So today I called and spoke with Angela who was very condescending and informed me it’s my responsibility to make sure my battery is in good working order. I didn’t know Angela was a mechanic wow! I’m paying these people for a service which other companies provide. So I don’t understand why I’m being treated with such disrespect

As i have never dealt with interlock devices before I had alot of questions about functions and screen displays and there meanings I had asked Sonja to explain and she kindly demonstrated and helped me understand better. So helpful, and the other crew member were very friendly as well. I like the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The workers at Quick start in Tempe make a "not so fun' place into a comfortable environment.

My appointment had to be changed because they ran out of equipment. I contacted the customer service department. The entire team went above and beyond to get me in the next day at a different location. The team did a fine job and followed through with everything they stated they would do. Excellent service.
