I had a Quick Start interlock device installed in my vehicle at the Quick Start location @ 318 S. River Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281 on September 9th, 2021.
Sonja was my service rep and she was terrific! She has a great optimistic, helpful attitude which definitely shines through. It is evident she naturally gravitates to offer her best service to customers, goes out of her way to do so and understands the importance of maintaining an upbeat attitude in a very busy, customer-focused front-of-the-house, dealer organization. Thank you Sonja! 5 Stars!!!
Management - please take note...
Southwest Airlines or many other airlines offer flash sales for $39 one-way to southern CA. Throw in a couple of nights at the Surf and Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach (they have a killer sale on right now), let her bring another employee who has equally good reviews - or a friend and, you will have one grateful employee and you just extended her work ethic, appreciation and a good chance that she will stay on in a tight labor market. Just an FYI from an employer who just did that!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with QuickStart, specifically the Tucson speedway location. Although the last 6 months have been a very tough time for me personally, every time I went in both Blake and Rob answered any question I had and always with the best attitude. They made a tedious monthly task much easier and I was in and out of every appointment quick and I knew I could count on them for any questions I had or any situation that could arise. Any business would be lucky to have them both!

I was shopping and went back to my car put my purchases in the trunk. I am a high risk individual to catch covid with diabetes and a severe spinal cord injury even with being vaccinated! and my friend I take to the store is in heart failure, he can't drive and at super high risk so I drive him. Anyway the minute we got into the car I removed my mask and put on hand sanitizer. The only though I had was to sterilize and protect both of us! I put the key in the ignition and waited for the signal to blow into the interlock device, It immediately said fail! at this point I was shocked and panicked!!! It said lock out for 10 minutes and had the questions and answers button, so I hit on it and somehow I changed the language from English to Spanish! just shoot me.... okay I heard the signal to blow and blew into the device it passed with flying colors and I went to start the engine. It immediately shut off, everything is in Spanish and I have no idea what the screen says!!!! Time to call interlock and get help. I called and was of course put on hold with wait times up to 2 hrs., seriously. So I turned the key and killed the power to the car and tried to get it back to English language, no luck! turned the power back on in the car it signed to blow and I did, passed again, said start the car. car wont start, repeated that process while on hold waiting several times, passed every time but car would not start. baffled I am!!!! my friend looks down and pointed out I had the car in drive not park and that is why it would not start. I was so flustered that I forgot to put it back in park after the first you passed test in Spanish! at this point I feel like a complete idiot!!! blew into the device again it said start in Spanish and the car started, thank god!!! got home safe and in distress with anxiety and worry about the repercussions of this screw up... I wanted nothing to do with the car or customer service at this point. so I calmed down and called customer service the next day 11/04/2021 Miraculously I was only on hold for 15 minutes and was connected to this amazing woman Pam Evans. I explained the situation and she proceeded to literally call everyone to get me a technician that could help me from home. It took almost 20 minutes for her to reach someone and that was after multiple calls and messages! She finally got a wonderful tech named Chris! Pam stayed on the line for future reference for the device challenged and the interlock system so she could be of even more help if the situation ever arouse again... Chris walked me threw it and got the system back to English thank god!!! Pam gave me extremely helpful pointers on what not to do and how to clean my interlock device so I would have less issues. very helpful and appreciated...They were both awesome and I am grateful for their help...

Tony and the crew at 2350 E Germann Rd have been a blessing in this complex world of ignition interlock navigation process. They even fixed the mistakes that the other office has done with professionalism. Very knowledgeable fast and always courteous service!
