Kiran is absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been a long time Quick Start Customer and as a direct result of my experience with Kiran this am I will be recommending Quick Start Life Safer to everyone in my recovery community that needs an interlock device. Her professionalism and efficiency was off the scale THE BEST EVER! If she is not already a supervisor she should be! Her methods on the phone were super efficient. Her voice tones were compassionate yet professional. She started my morning off perfectly! Thank you Kiran for being so kind! It goes a long way!

Well I can’t say I’m happy to have a breathalyzer in my car but I am happy with QuickStart Interlock. The entire staff in Tempe are awesome. I’ve unfortunately had mine going on 3 years now so they’re like family now. I happen to be from Philadelphia and I believe 2-3 of the employees are also from Philadelphia. My favorite staff member from day 1 has been Sonja. She gets the job done and does it with her beautiful smile. I appreciate the entire staff for being helpful and friendly every single time I come in. I’m excited to get the blower out of my car but sad I won’t be seeing the staff for my monthly visit. I’ve been with Rick and his team here @ QuickStart Interlock in Tempe for over a year now (got 2 years from MVD) and I have to say that they provide excellent service!! Sonja their receptionist is knowledgeable and welcoming, out of all the other businesses in the valley that provide interlock services they’re the only ones who pay attention to the detail in their work!!

Basically beat all the other interlock quotes I got, no surprise fees just super competitive pricing! Also liked that they empathize with your situation! Would highly recommended just heading over there in person and seeing what there able to do to help make this process smoother for you!

I’d rate them more than 5 stars if this platform allowed! Their shop is right by Tempe Marketplace, check them out if you need. You’ll be happy you did!!

I was holding off on writing a review until after my installation appt. First off, scheduling with Tawana was by far the best experience I have encountered. She was kind, patient, understanding and provided me with so many options that suited my time and location. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her. For the installation itself, I was at the North Phoenix location and from start to finish was a breeze. The employees were kind and timely. We shared stories about our families while I waited and there zero judgement. Fingers crossed the duration of my period goes just as smoothly but thank you to all involved helping me get back on the road.

Since my last experience with Quickstart interlock company, Nothing has changed. This is due to basic things like they do not have a customer service representative online or over the phone to help you ASAP. Like I said before Quickstart only has agents readily available when they are selling the interlock gadget but do not have readily available agents when you need a one time code to take your car to their shop for calibration. The process sucks and this is why?. When you make a call you have 1(one) options and the only option. One is either you wait on the call which can be several hours on hold and on which the call will disconnect automatically after several hour on hold not minutes am talking about hours. Second option is you press number 8 for a call back and on which it can be days. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY THAT CARES,THEIR SOL PURPOSE IS MONEY. If you had a Dui and the MVD/DMV tells you get an interlock. Quickstart interlock will frustrate you to the core. Avoid such hardships and hustle because you are already Dealing with Mvd and you do not need more stress. AVOID THEM RUN AWAY from QuickStart interlock. LOOK FOR BETTER COMPANIES.

Kiran is absolutely amazing! her customer service and customer treatment skills are off the charts! she made me feel more than just a phone call! she was able to go above and beyond for me.

The staff here is amazing. They really go over and beyond to walk you through this whole process and understand that life happens. I'm extremely grateful that I chose to go with this company. Their compassion alone says enough! My best advice is don't drink and drive but if you happen to find yourself in this situation I can't recommend this company enough!

Tawana w/Quick Start is amazing she at first helped me with information months back. Then yesterday I reached back out to her and she took the time to help me again and get me what I wanted price wise and location wise!! I’ve been waiting for 3 days now for a call back to get a unlock code and they can’t even do a simple ass job that I’m paying please stay away from this company sad but true this isn’t the first time either customer service sucks it’s awful

I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope

Jennifer Lynch in Customer Service took personal charge of a billing challenge and handled all of it in a remarkably professional and timely fashion.
I greatly appreciate the attention and care provided particularly at a time when it feels like "customer support" is a near-disposable term. Thank you again, Jennifer!!

Only reason this isn’t zero stars is because it’s not an option do not get your breathalyzer here do not do anything here if you were locked out your car or truck it will sit for two weeks unless you leave a bad review and it is the only way you will get a call back and even then the one who’s going to reply to this has zero clue on understanding anything I have wasted all of my expenses on Uber sitting here like an idiot because they can’t answer a phone. I have called over 15 different times and waited an hour each time and I have zero returned calls zero answered calls and zero problems fixed. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, only their reputation.

Very nice when you get them on the phone or in person, but phone service is INTERMINABLE. Never less than 30 minutes, so scheduling or rescheduling appointments, lockouts, payments, etc. is a HORRIBLE time-consuming because of wait.

Jeff and Cesar at the North Phoenix service center were extremely helpful in resolving an electrical issues causing a lockout in the interlock. Jeff went above and beyond in giving me all the info I needed to get my car towed to the center before the appointment, troubleshooting and explaining the issue clearly to me, as well as helping provide a solution allowing me to get my car home. Cesar was very quick in checking the make sure everything was working as it should be and installing a new device in the car as part of the solution. Both are always friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed to go to their service center.

I hope this review helps someone. I have had the worst experience possible with this company. At the beginning of my contract it was fairly easy to get in touch with a representative when need be. They proceeded to get bought by a different company and now it is incredible how long you have to wait on hold. Not only that, but I have struggled beyond measure to actually get transferred to the right department. Keep in mind, these transfer issues are also after waiting up to four hours on hold. I have also waited an entire day later to receive a call back. Not to mention, my contract ended on May 14th and now I have been extended until the year 2142 as of today. (May 26th, 2022) These extensions are for failed and missed tests which I receive 10-20 a day meaning I have hundreds of extension letters from the MVD coming in the mail. I have just confirmed with my monthly report that there are no violations on it and I have also had the wiring in my car checked. My device is working perfectly just as it should. Yet somehow I have hundreds of violations that don’t actually exist. I am currently 22 years old and I will now be 143 years old before this company says my interlock can be removed. I am continued to be told I need to verify the error in different ways while also being told that the MVD is who can actually fix this malfunction. Meanwhile, the MVD has told me a couple times that these are indeed errors but that Quick Start is the only person who can remove them. I continue to struggle to get ahold of anybody and when I do they do not help in any kind of way and give me the wrong information. I am amazed at how fast this company has turned for the worst. I have never once had a violation through my entire year and a half contract with them. Yet they struggle to communicate and remove these so I can remove my device even after I have proved there are no violations on my tests. I am now starting to pay extra money for something that is no longer required by the Court but I can’t legally remove it until the errors are removed. I believe they are connected with the company LifeSafer so I do not recommend working with either company. They have also tried to overcharge me after my car accident. They failed to recognize that I pay extra for the insurance on my device and had to complete two different investigations through the collection department before they realized it. It seems like they will easily lose your information even though they claim to make notes about every call/interaction. It’s either that or they have no problem overcharging you if you are not paying attention. I wish you all the best luck because if this is how things are handled, you are going to need it. Also, make sure you document everything because it is very hard for you to see their side of the documentation.
