My interlock locked on me for no reason and when I attempted to call Quickstart customer service to unlock my device I was on hold for more than three hours. It was so long that the shops that fix and install Quickstart ignition interlocks closed in my city, and I had to leave my car in the parking lot of a business and attempt to call and get it unlocked the next day where I was on hold for another hour and a half until someone finally answered then it became more of an inconvenience for me when they finally unlocked it to then take it to the quick start ignition interlock shop and wait another almost 2 hours for them to reprogram it because other peoples devices had problems as well

Worst experience EVER. I initially had an appointment on Friday to get an install. The customer rep took down the car information & set up the appointment. I arrive to the location just for them to take the car back for the install and then come out shortly after telling me they cannot complete the installation because the car has hybrid features and they cannot get the engine to stop, so I had to leave. I called the Customer Service line to request a new appointment with a different car and they set me up for the next day at the North Phoenix location. I arrive and the employee was confused because his schedule was blocked off as the installer was not in and he told me I shouldn’t have been scheduled as they do have the installer available, so they stated to go back to the West Phoenix location and they’ll give me a $200 credit for the inconvenience. I go back to the West Phoenix location, they install it, everything is good. Come to find out the West Phoenix locations system is down however they didn’t advise me of that. They told me on Monday. I will be able to go to the DMV to get my license. I go to the DMV Monday to get my license reinstated and they tell me they don’t have any updates from the service shop of it being installed. I called the customer service line again and they tell me there’s no record of it being installed this went on for days. I’ve made several phone calls. throughout the phone calls I’ve made I’ve been transferred to different departments, calls been disconnected. No resolution has been provided. I finally get a representative that sounds like they know what they’re talking about and she tells me all I have to do is go back to the location that did the install and she’s noted the account with what needs to be done. Tuesday I go to shop and let them know the situation and they tell me they can’t do anything and I need to call this number so they can do a manual push through for the install. I called customer service on hold for an hour and still no one picks up. I end up getting through on their chat service. The representative I spoke to on the chat was such an douche and and incompetent lacked any sympathy of the whole situation. Come to find out he tells me no that’s the problem you have to go to this company where this other company they’re not related. I go back into the shop and they tell me no you have to tell them you’re Quickstart under LifeSafer. So I start a new chat and let the new representative know what they said, they tell me no they can’t do what i’m being told to have them do because it’s not showing a device installed. I need to go in and ask them to run the installation service again. I go in and tell them they tell me no they cannot do because their services are down. I relay that information to the chat agent, and they tell me they cannot do anything on their end that the shop will need to rerun the installation service and then I will be set up. Mind you, this has been ongoing since the past Saturday. At that time, I just requested them to remove the device so I can do my business elsewhere. No one picks up the phone, no sense of urgency towards your situation, and no one cares. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LIFESAFER/QUICKSTART TO ANYBODY!!!

Installation was good but yall tried to charge me the first month this month even though I had a quote confirmed for the 1st month free, 1st payment is supposed to be 12/06 BUT RECENTLY they fixed it and everything is back to what we accord. Thank you!

Brenda zabad specifically did such an amazing job at helping me any way she can! She did absolutely everything she could to help me schedule my appointment correctly and my experience was lovely. I felt cared for, assisted, and pleased with her service and the phone call in general. Thank u Brenda and thank u lifesaver :) !!

Carmen was fantastic! While it's unfortunate that I have to call her in the first place, she did a great job of answering all of my questions, understanding my situation, and walking me through the process. She was able to get me all set up with what I needed.

She was so niceeee so informative and helpful even though it was over the phone she was fast and helped very quickly I got an appointment within the hour of calling! They have really good promotions right now as well!!! This is place to go if you are needing interlock device thank you guys for making this experience smooth for me

Scarlet Is was amazing at assisting us very promptly, we had issues with the Customer Call Center not wver calling us back or answering the phone! But Scarlett came to the rescue and was able to assist us! She is so amazing at her job and very reliable and dependable at assisting us and most likely the customers who needs assistance with the company! thank you so much Scarlett you have been wonderful!!!
