QUICKLENS Arvostelua

Good quality products. I received free shipping on products and at a good price. Easy and convenient shopping experience!

Very fast delivery to NZ and half the price of buying locally. Good quality products, I have been buying from this site for years now.

Easy to navigate site to find my brand/prescription. Super fast delivery.

I have not received my contacts at all. Order before Christmas 2023 and said it would take roughly 4 weeks to arrive. I still have not received anything or an email regarding shipment. Very disappointing considering I have purchased from you in the past. I will be asking for a full refund as this has delayed my contacts and now will need to order new ones from another supplier.

Had the lenses I needed at the best price. Easy to order

Happy with the lenses but when you’re called Quick Lens and with the shipping I paid, I expected it to arrive faster and I expected that my tracking should work. Even SHEIN and Temu arrive faster than whatever postal service was used.

Thanks

Prices are insanely cheap + ships fast. I ordered contacts from a store from my own country the same day I ordered from quicklens (from Singapore!) and quicklens arrived 2 days after the ones from NZ arrived.

Great service. Order correct and delivery prompt

I'm still waiting for the products.
Customer center Emma was helpful but, no progress so far. I trusted this company and have purchased contact lenses for many years, but this is the first time to take such a long time. Very disappointed.

Great experience , cheapest price for a quality lens, arrived promptly .

Quicklens always delivers as fast as possible and has great prices and specials on lensses.

An excellent site for ordering contact lenses. It has a huge selection of types and options, the delivery arrives in a very reasonable time, and it is very easy to make repeat orders. Highly recommended!

Great services and despatched very quickly after confirmation. All round great service.

I have just had no issues arise from my orders.
Everything comes in the expected time and order is always filled correctly. A simple process tyhank you

Contact lenses never arrived! Ordered from quick lens NZ and they were dispatched through Singapore post. The email said approx 10 business days and it has almost been 2 months. The tracking information hasn’t been updated since Oct 25th and it is now November 20th. I have reached out to both quicklens and Singapore post and gotten NO response form either. Horrible customer service and seems like a scam. Out $100 and is extremely inconvenient as I need them to see.

Great price
Speedy delivery - indicated expected delay and delivered before that

The lenses were perfect. Exactly what I wanted and needed. They work well and it was easy to place the order.

Shipping and delivery was annoying. There was no delivery information and tracking was hard to do when they never updated. You also have to sign for it and if they don't reach you they'll take it back and let you know two days later.
I'll order again but be more watchful for the package since I can't change it

Ordered on 6th of October.

Ordered from NZ site but products sent from Singapore 5-7 days.

Now at 14 days with no progress.

First time trying this site and will not be using again - every other place I get next day and they don't charge me for shipping (and it actually arrives)
