Reading the other reviews has been very helpful. My neighbour has received a letter from this company with the name of someone who doesn't live there, saying that they owe money for petrol at a petrol station they have never visited, using a car they don't own. Just another scam they are trying, I guess.

Misleading and contrary to the Unfair terms in Consumer Contracts regulation. QDR are a division of ZZPS who act for Eurocarparks and pursue debts that don't exist (as charge was paid). nfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (UTCCRs) amended as Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) and that the course of conduct comprising two or more occasions: section 7(3) PHA 1997. Harassment includes what a ‘reasonable person’ deems as alarming a person or causing them distress

Recently received a letter from this company demanding a past debt that was previously paid through a Iva company , tried to email them and comes back unsent

I have received a letter from QRR asking me to pay £57.07 for for company call British oil ,which I unpaid for petrol on in Oxfordshire when I never been there,I do live in London and never travel that far.
Don’t pay anything its totally ridiculous and scam company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this firm. My partner and I paid a £175 parking fine which was later cancelled. Despite numerous attempts to get our money back, we have yet to receive the refund. This firm has been unresponsive and unhelpful, causing us a great deal of frustration. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.

Wow. Exactly the same situation as other contributors. This company are legitimate but act as total sharks. I overlooked a payment of fuel at a service station - my fault as used their shop and left not realising the fuel hadn't been included in the transaction. I received a letter from QDR Solicitors 13 days after the date printed on the letter and was told that it was too late to pay the service station directly as out of the 7 day time limit even though I had only just received the letter. What makes matters worse is that they had put my wrong postcode on the letter and blamed it on wrong info received from DVLA. Pure fiction! I had to pay £18 Admin Fee to settle matters. When I rang them later to complain they would not entertain any validity to the fact they had not correctly addressed the letter and that my payment admitted liability - is this correct in English law? Awful attitude and hope that a future government regulates and monitors these kinds of "businesses"

Bunch of frauds. Sent me a letter regarding fuel I forgot to pay for. They advised me to pay within 7 days (£21 - direct with Service Station, Winchester South) or pay over the phone and pay an extra £20 “Admin Fee”.

What is very scammy, is the fact I had 7 days to travel to the fuel station and pay direct (no admin fee to pay if I paid the fuel service directly) THE LETTER WAS 7 DAYS LATE.

How convenient… So they gave me 0.2 hours to pay in other words.

No, I decided to still pay the services directly (£21) and guess what, ANOTHER LETTER, 6 DAYS late THREATENING me and trying to fork the SAME amount out of me again even after PROVING I paid.

Reporting to ombudsmen and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I've received a letter from QDR saying that I haven't pay for fuel at Sainsbury's BS226BL, with client British Oil. I have never been there. Proper SCAM. I've noticed that they used the same scenario for other people too, according to the reviews above.

Lots of unsolicited phone calls from them since last year, a quick check of 01926 758001 brought me here and other sites mentioning these scamming cowboys. Number blocked!!!

Rude and need to be reported to the ombudsman for solicitors not sure how they can be allowed to practice. I will be reporting them for sure

Received a letter saying I'd failed to pay for petrol at Sainsbury's. I went into the kiosk and bought food items too and as far as I knew the card payment had been accepted. The sales assistant didn't stop me as I left to say the payment hadn't gone through. When I attempted to pay the QDR reference wasn't recognised on their online payment system. I wasn't able to pay on their automated service either and I opted to be transferred to a person and have been on hold for over 30 minutes on several occasions. Whilst they say I have to pay within 7 days I have no way of doing so using their system. I am not sure how to resolve this situation.

Awful company to try and work with. We had a lease vehicle go back with a few minor defects (small scratch & scuff on the bumper) the lease company did not send us the final collection report and rather than contacting us direct they employed these sharks. We repeatedly asked for the documents required as per the lease terms which never came, never once disputed the £300 just needed the paperwork. Nothing ever came back just robotic responses. The most unprofessional business I have ever come across.

QDR are autonomatic incompetents. They chase "easy" targets like parking offenders etc.
In my case they have not bothered to check that I was no longer the keeper of the vehicle concerned and have pursued payment from me despite several communications with evidence from myself proving that I could not have committed the alleged offence. Nor could I have given permission for anyone else to use the vehicle.
My last resort is to take legal action against them and, considering all the evidence here, I have a decent chance of making them pay for their negligence.

Does not deserve one star. It should be ZERO or MINUS. Company that I work for had a fuel card blocked so the fuel could not be paid (won't go into the details) but I had to give MY details to be able to drive away. After 4 weeks I get a letter from QDR Solicitors stating that it needs to be paid otherwise I would have CCJ's against my name. Contacted QDR and paid it as company was taking too long and really just passing the buck. I was informed that QDR could not give a receipt but I would receive a confirmation email. You would therefore think the same day or the next day......NO IT WILL TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS. This is an email, I did also request it via post as well, so let us see which one gets here quicker. I RECOMMEND that everyone stay away from them.

I recently received a £90 fine for parking at Tenpin, despite the fact that the parking is free for up to 4 hours, and I was only there for 1 hour. To add to the suspicious nature of the situation, I was informed that I could settle the fine for £20, which is highly irregular and indicative of a scam.

I refuse to pay this fine to a company that appears to be operating fraudulently. It is clear to me that is preying on unsuspecting individuals and extorting money under false pretenses.

I demand that be investigated and brought to justice for their deceptive practices. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary to ensure that others are not subjected to this scam.

Ref: 5304948- Awful, awful company. I have received multiple threatening letters from this company and zps on behalf of a company I have never heard of,LDK parking stating that I owe £160 for parking in a space where there were no signs to state I had to pay and online it also states it is free to park. I have tried explaining this multiple times to ZPS and QDR and I have been told multiple different things by each company, yet there is still ‘nothing that they can do’ they just have to collect the money on behalf of LDK parking. When I rang the company LDK parking they told me they know nothing about this and my name is not on their system? I have sent multiple emails, tried calling numerous times and I barely ever get a response. I do not have the time to be sat waiting on the phone for 45+ minutes. I have also stated to them multiple times I did not receive the initial letter sent for a reduced amount of £45 (a lot more reasonable price that I can afford), yet they keep saying they sent it and it’s the postal services fault I never received it and I need to ring them, even though they never sent it signed for!!!- they say it’s now too late to appeal. I have spoke to solicitors and they said this is a scam they use to get more money from people. Even if I wanted to pay the money, I’m unable to as no one answers calls, emails and the only payment system doesn’t work. As a young girl in her early 20’s, this is really starting to affect me as I am getting numerous threating letters fortnightly and don’t know how to go forward with this as no one will listen or respond to me.

Now spent 40 min hanging on the line today and yesterday how do you expect to collect overdue payments if you don't answer your phones Useless.

Again 0 or even minus 0 stars should be given!! Payday loan debt bought from Lantern. I contacted QDR at Lanterns request to pay debt. I only requested payment details and said it would be paid in full by end of March 24. QDRs reply email wanted a list of expenditure and all sorts of personal information, not like it was a generic email as payment details were given. Had trouble paying via the link given so managed a Bank Transfer. Now suddenly none of my emails (to inform payment and ask to update credit score ) are actually being accepted by QDR. I am NOT wasting time and money trying to get through on the phone.. This is clearly a company that fails to respond so that each Debtor ends up over their allotted time meaning they will be liable for a higher bill. Sent a Contact Us Form with all details.. let's see if they give a positive response?

These are a disgusting company that buys parking debts,3 times now they have taken me to court and lost and had to pay me haha.

These scammers have bought a debt that the previous company said was mine. It is not.
I sent them a message stating this, the reply was just “we can sort something out online..etc” and NEITHER message bore the name of a solicitor or staff member - just a scribbled QDR Solicitors.
I’ve now blocked them.
