They've been sending me messages for weeks now. After reading these reviews I'm assuming this company deals with car related issues. I don't own a car or even have a drivers licence, never learnt to drive.

I have now had two letters from them within a week for two different 'offences'; driving off without paying for fuel. I live about 150 miles away from the garage in question. No proof, just demands for money.

Scammers! They tried to get me to pay for diesel I had not had. I had been in the shell petrol station on Stanstead services but only bought a drink and a munch. When I looked at my bank I actually filled up the next day at my local petrol station. Emailed QDR and phoned them but just on hold and no answer after hanging on for 20 minutes each time. Don’t respond

This company is a scam. I paid a scam parking fine that I never actually incurred and then they sent me another one which I checked with the actual car park company from the location noted on the fine and they said it was a fake PCN number. This ‘solicitor’ company is now threatening me. I have already lost £150 pounds paying a scam parking fine. I will not be paying another scam fine or entertaining this company.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Had no confirmation of payment just a text message to say I owed £150 in relation to a parking fine. Payed the fine straight away. Few months later to receive a letter from the court with additional court fees. To then speak to QDR Solicitors and they had done nothing with the money. Not helpful at all.

Received their letters trying to scare me to pay for a parking fine. I just ignored shose scammers and nothing happend. They just rely on scare tactitcs to make you pay. Just ignore them and you will be fine :)

They are employed by BP (amongst others) to chase debts. They are untruthful and rely on threats which reflects badly on BP. BP will doubtless lose business due to their association with this despicable company.

This is a debt chasing firm. Pure and simple.

Don't pay. Always comply but never pay.

Giving them 5 stars for effort. Chasing me for a 7 year old parking fine that I should never have had. It's for £170 so maybe see you guys in court. Good luck!!

Sent me a letter and an email regarding non payment for fuel from 4 months ago.

The thing is, I paid for the fuel and I have proof of that. Let them try and get anything out of me.

I have just received the 2nd letter in 6 months from QDR solicitors. I am a 49 year old professional who has never not paid. The first time it happened I panicked and paid. This time I’ve asked for the CCTV. The only thing I can think may have happened (as they’re saying I paid for other items and not fuel) is either I haven’t filled up or despite my advising which pump I was on they didn’t include the fuel I didn’t notice. I am never using that petrol station again.

I've received many letters telling me I have a parking fine there is a pic of me driving in the street then driving out 30 mins later I was parked in my daughter in law parking bay I've asked for proof of where the car was parked and no reply just deft going up so let them take me to court

I have received two messages from QDR stating an important letter awaits me. No idea what or who these people are so I was anxious and worried. Called up three times to be told I am giving them the wrong information and they can’t tell me anything. I have only lived at 5 addresses in 22 years so they must have the wrong person. I pay all bills and never not pay in a car park in fear of a huge fine. I have since written a complaint and look forward to a response.

I parked on a side road in an emergency for 4 mins. I got a ticket for £100 for parking in an adjoining car park!! I then proceeded to be bombarded with threatening letters to pay the revised bill of £170 otherwise I'd face court action. Due to the stress and inconvenience I even tried to pay the original £100 but their payment system was not working. I tried to call them 4 times and waited between 30-44 mins each time without reply. A horrible company to deal with and they should be struck off for their behavior. I'd LOVE to go to court then at least I can have defend myself infront of a magistrate against these terrible bullies. Just so people know they ARE a legitimate debt collecting solicitors and not a scam. They exist. They are just terrible and should be regulated. I've just put my most recent date if trying to contact them as this review does not cater for the numerous times.es I've tried before.

Scammers. Received emails intended to scare me into thinking I owe something. I’m not stupid enough to fall for that I’m afraid! I called them and they had my email but a totally incorrect address so clearly done know a thing about me! I don’t owe a penny and no one else probably owes them anything either. Just ignore them.

Why would this company ring me when I'm not allowed to drive due to health? Why aren't fraud agencies doing anything about these callers?

I think I’ve just been scammed out of £50
As others report, I received a letter saying that I had an unpaid debt of £50.65 (This included a penalty fee of £18 so 55% penalty on £32.65 of fuel) no proof or photo and 7 days to pay
The “offence” was supposedly at Sainsbury’s petrol station in Banbury, back in May.
I very rarely use this station so couldn’t be sure. I always use the pay at pump option.

Tried calling QDR, 30 mins waiting “your call is important to us” off-course it is. No answer.

Received a letter from QDR Solicitors stating that a name not known at my address had an unpaid debt for petrol from a Sainsbury service station in England (citing British Oil Security Syndicate Limited as the complainant). I don't live in England and haven't been there in years. So this seems to fall in line with what others have been saying about this company. There is something very strange going on here. I actually called Sainsburys to enquire about this matter - and they confirmed that the event cited in the letter I received was an incident they had also registered on their books. This is all very bizarre indeed.

phone call, Chasing a ~£25 debt from 2020. Yes that is correct. Supposedly from 2020. A £25 debt. Absolutely laughable, asked to see proof of this so they are going to send me details out. £25 haaa haaa haaaa haaa haaa

This is a fake company claiming to be solicitors .They are scammers full stop. I received a letter claiming I had not returned within required time frame of 7 days to pay for fuel. The site they claim I got fuel was one I have never been. And my car has never been driven by another person. I requested for copy of document they claim.i signed and they could produce it.I tried phoning them and phone line kept going off while in queue after about 10mins. The number they gave to call them comes up as a scam number. I have read a few reviews which comfirm that they are seasoned scammers. Just don't deal with them. I am yet to conclude my interaction with them but if they cannot produce the document they claim I signed..I will offer them to meet in court.
