Shipping time was superb… however …
Shipping time was superb.
My only issue was the quality of the packaging, the shipping envelope really wasn’t suitable for the flimsy box from the manufacturer. Basically the ordered item’s presentation packaging got crushed in transit. The item itself was undamaged however this is supposed to have a gift. If it wasn’t for the item’s scarcity and the limited timeframe it would have been returned.

The package was inadequately packed and…
The package was inadequately packed and the carrier, DPD, had taped it up during transit.
I decided not to keep the item but the returns process was far from easy and seemingly discouraging returns… I sent it back last week but still no confirmation it’s been returned and no sign of the refund, i will be tracking via Evri. I had to download the Evri App and then pay £7 to return it. They don’t provide a returns service so beware what you order etc.
