Customer service is excellent. Always able to answer all questions on the supplements which by the way are are excellent a bit more expensive perhaps from other brands but worth. I have used Purolabs for years and just started to subscribe my stupidity as you get quite a discount and the subscription is very easy to manage. Highly recommend them.

Cheats. They charged my credit card. But sent an email saying that i had "almost" purchased an item. When i protested, they sent me another email the transaction was cancelled. It was not. Now i see they below that claim they cannot find any transaction.

Tried to cancel my subscription with Purolabs and the site won't let me, l have contacted 'Support' but no reply now l've had to go to my Creditors to block them, be careful!
The products are quite dear and now have gone some were else!

Very speedy delivery and no worries about being in for it, as it fits through the letterbox. The product is doing everything it says on the advert. The results were obvious after a week , and several weeks later they have made a huge difference. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I made a free online appointment with the nutritionist to ask if I was taking the correct supplements that I decided to take. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She suggested I swop a couple which should be better suited to me.
Would strongly recommend seeking this free advice if you're unsure on the right supplements for you.

I order the Collagen Complex from Purolabs Im on month 2 and can already see a difference I cant wait to see what the next few months will bring. My skin looks more hydrated than ever which I didnt except as im also on my 2nd month of tretinoin I think the collagen has helped protect my skin barrier with the hydration. I also had to contact customer service & they were amazing so helpful & I even got a follow up email to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had anymore questions. 10/10.

The communications with the Prolabs team is excellent. Staff friendly, professional, accommodating & respond promptly with their support.
Initially I was getting muddled with the frequency of re-ordering. But from discussing frequency with staff I now have the frequency of future orders sorted & am no longer confused🫶
I love the shape of the containers as it means orders are posted thru' my letterbox. I find round containers too large which means packages were left on doorstep. Not good for safety.
I have a regular ongoing order of Multivitamins and D3K2 Vitamins which suit my needs. Prices very reasonable too for a 2 month I a day supply.
Definately⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Purolabs Team.
