I haven’t tried the tablets yet but was advised by my pharmacist to take them as I have been on a prolonged course of antibiotics. These were recommended as the best and the delivery was fast and efficient. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with one-time purchase from Bettervits, with super fast delivery. I also appreciate how simple and clean their ingredients and formulas are. I might come back for a monthly subscription!

If I could I would give this company no stars. They took money from my account without my knowledge. I DID NOT set up a subscriptioN. They failed to communicate with me when I sent the goods back and I am still waiting for my refund. I have today instructed my bank to take action against them. And when you try to leave a review for them the system blocks you. Please please do not use this company.

Easy to get and quick with the delivery.

Easy to order and came promptly. Have just started taking capsules few days ago.

My main gripe with company - unable to contact them directly, The products were ok, but subscriptions process amending or cancelling purposely complicated, difficult to navigate. I finally gave up & wanted to cancel everything - wasn't straight forward, could only email. A few months later marketing by post arrived despite not opting in. Time will tell if my complaint message for it to cease, worked.

I made an order on april 6th and have had absokutely no communication from this company about where my order is. It has been almost 2 weeks with no delivery for me. Really regret ordering from them and very unhappy woth the service. Other reviewers should take note - not worth ordering from them due to non delivery let alone other concerns about beint enrolled into an ineanted aubscription. Customer services poor ad cannot speak to them dorecrly over phone.

avoid like the plague! Criminal company, taking money without authorisation and without any prior warning for a supposed subscription that was never signed up for. Do not reply to contact form messages and have no other way of contacting. So I have a £55 order on its way to me that I did not ask for and that I cannot cancel and that my card has already been charged for. I require an immediate refund otherwise further action will be taken….

I have been using Bettervits to order my glucosamine tablets for nearly three years now and find the ordering very simple! Delivery is always very speedy and
and this time around, my order arrived even quicker than usual!(within 24 hours!) I also find the tablets are excellent to relieve the pain from arthritis! Thank you for an excellent service and excellent merchandise!

If I could give this company no stars I would. S like other customers, bought what I thought was a one off purchase of NMN got enrolled onto. subscription. I have contacted them four times to cancel this subscription and heard nothing back. My subscription is still showing as active on their impossible to navigate system. They are scammers. Please avoid Bettervits at all costs. Otherwise it will cost.

i ordered 3 bottles of Glucosamine and 3 bottles of berberine on their offer. only the glucosamine was delivered. despite 3 emails over last 2 days i have zero response. you cannot phone them only via system generated email or direct email which i did both. absolutely lousy client service for a regular client. NO more!

Not received goods yet. No phone number to call but on 2nd email finally got a response and they say they will despatch again.

This company have charged me for a subscription order of £55 when I believe to have made a one off purchase. There is no way of editing or cancelling this order. They basically take money out of your account and you have no way of cancelling this. Stay well away from them!!!

I ordered collagen supplements on the 1st April, still not received them. Money has been taken out of my account. Have emailed to find out where my order is and had no response. Very disappointed in the service.

Order placed on 5th April, still not received and unable to track delivery. I have emailed the business and have had no response. No product, refund or reply.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering.. still awaiting an order and no response from BetterVits. I will amend my review if I have a successful outcome but not holding my breath.

Ummm all a bit suspect, when you search for a supplement online it has review pages but when you look closer they are written by bettervits themselves. I tried to cancel an order seconds after making it, guess what, you can’t do that. It let you add more ok but won’t let you cancel . Also the tab on their website for “cancellations” doesn’t work. No phone number online to cancel either. I’m reporting them to trading standards.And I am not talking about a subscription just a standard order.
