I ordered back in November to get a couple of records for my mums Christmas. I had emails back and forth with Phil who said they where waiting for them to arrive from the US and it might be January.
Contacted in January one of the Albums still hadn't arrived. Contacted in February. We're into March now and still nothing.

Excellent transaction with good communication so great experience with this shop.

Never received order. Was told item was on back order. Then asked to change order for an in-stock item but that never arrived either.

I did receive a refund for this order.

A week before Christmas, reading the reviews, I had my doubts. Shouldn't have worried, dispatched smartly, arrived with days to spare, thanks a lot Phil and all at Punk to Funk Heaven, Merry Christmas and all the best for 2025.

Delivered as expected very securely parcelled and product well protected. Great choice available. I had to contact them to ask a question about a listing and they were very helpful and friendly

First time and last time using. Ordered and paid for item only to have it refunded as didn't have enough stock. So why doesn't their ordering process know when they've got stock or not.?

Ordered a record on 29/11. 6 days later no despatch deti or any indication of delivery. Email comes back as undeliverable and no phone number to contact them. Please contact me to arrange a refund. Meanwhile ordered same item from a competitor for £5 cheaper and despatched the same day.

Would have given them zero but not possible, took my order said it had been shipped and I would get tracking details, 5 days later I'm told it's out of stock and given a refund ,do not use.

Appalling service, no item received, they sell items they do not have in stock, communication non existent…….avoid this place at all costs

Another one in the same vein as all the others sadly. Order placed Sept 13th. Money Taken. No communication since. I then looked at these reviews and wish I had checked them before ordering! I have now requested a refund, hoping they respond and give me my money back, will update on what happens. Wish me luck!

Terrible company, simply didn't provide the records that were swiftly paid for.

Ordered some vinyl, slight delay in delivery as they were waiting for one to arrive, got refunded on one and other arrived no issues

Horrible experience. Ordered from their website. Waited for a number of days to confirm dispatch. Was told it would be with me at the weekend. Surprise Surprise.. never came. Never even dispatched the record in the first place. PayPal notified.

I'm not even sure this company exists. I bought a record, didn't get a confirmation email but they still took the money. Sent numerous emails to them but have had no reply. Going through my bank to retrieve the money. Avoid this company

Ordered a box set CD, clearly showing that it was in stock. I then get an email saying my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock.
I did receive an immediate refund which was very much appreciated, but there is lots of records, CDs etc that I was interested in purchasing in the future, but now I can't rely on anything showing as 'in stock' actually being available.
Websites are totally useless unless they are up to date!
Update: so 2 weeks on and this company is blatantly showing the item I ordered as "in stock". Why? Because they are clearly an inept operation.
I recommend no-one buys from this company, as they can't maintain their stock/website properly so are misleading customers.

Purchased an item without realising it was on back order, I waited for a while before deciding to cancel the order. Emails were answered almost instantly with a refund issued. Will definitely recommend.
