Pathetic lazy owner …

Well if you’re going to run an online store it’s not hard to move your hand and reply to emails . Order placed 21 st contact was on 29 th June by the 25th no confirmation of postage thought it might’ve been a scam tried to cancel sent three emails nothing he eventually posted it on the 29 th pretty bloody pathetic if you ask me typical lazy person who works on their khyberpass no would not recommend or buy off this store again gave them 2 stars for posting item

Hi John. thanks again for the order. I'm sorry you feel you had to write a neggy review but hey each to there own. Just to set the record straight..
1: I believe we contacted you by email on the day you placed the order letting you know it was in progress.
2: Your order was shipped with tracking within the timeframe laid out in our seller terms.

so all in all i believe we did exactly what it says on the tin so perhaps when you are buying online in the future be sure to read the terms and conditions set out by the seller.

Cancelled Order without explanation

I ordered two vinyl items, different products, and paid via the Shopify payment, my first order with Punk to Funk, 24 hours later i receive a Shopify notification of a processed refund, no explanation, unable to fulfill the order..for both products? how bizarre..you have my email address as per my order, how about you take 30 seconds out of your day and send me a personal email with an explanation and apology, is it that difficult? very poor consumer experience, i mean its only a couple of records so who cares, but improve your processes !!!

hi , sorry you are unhappy with our service. i assure you we do our best. things come in and out of stock so fast that the various platforms we sell on take time to catch up with each other as appears to have happened hers. i believe there was a message explaining the items were no longer available along with the cancelation and refund notification email.
