Very prompt delivery and well packaged on arrival very happy with product too .

I emailed the company regarding delivery (Parcelforce issue) and they even phoned Parcelforce to sort it out for me, for which I was very grateful.

Great pans delivered on time. Top job all around.

The quality of the pan purchased previously was such that i ordered another

Ordered 6 piece saucepan set for my daughter for a Christmas gift for her new kitchen, as I have copper bottom pans which I’ve had for 20 years. These are amazing and quality is second to none. I did ask my daughter if she wanted to swap with mine but she wouldn’t!

Fast delivery and great quality products

Loving my new saucepans - they heat up fast and clean perfectly. They arrived promptly and well packaged - I highly recommend as these are definitely the best saucepans I’ve owned

Great customer service. They refunded the delivery charges without my requesting it (because Amazon messed up my order), and even sent a complimentary jute bag with the order. Would definitely order from them again.

The item arrived promptly and I was informed of the date and time. …
It is a present so I can’t comment on quality

Bought the three ply stainless steel roasting tin, what a fantastic product. More than half the price of a well known french alternative - and easily as good.

My roast potatoes have never been so good, and the roasting tin clean really easily. Brilliant purchase that will last me a lifetime

Bought as gift, happy recipient

The Spirit of Christmas Fair at Olympia was where I saw the pan, I was looking for, was for sale. Excellent idea of the staff to get it delivered for me, in a few days time, as it was too heavy for me to carry home via my train from Paddington Station. Arrived as said with no extra charge. And, I’m delighted with the pan for my brand new kitchen which works brilliant. A very happy customer.

This cookware is great. Efficient delivery service and it cleans well by soaking instead of scrubbing ! the lid from the frying pan fits the chefs pan which is useful.

East site. Helpful on phone when their site had soft ware glitch. Rapid service

The item arrived very quickly so thank you. It's a Xmas present so I can't make any other comment

Quality product sold by informed, enthusiastic people. Items bought as gifts, but will probably purchase same for myself!

This is my third purchase of Proware products so obviously I am a fan. Started with a fry pan years ago which is still my favourite pan. A couple of years ago I purchased the tri ply saucepan set of 3 along with a tiny saucepan on a Christmas sale. Now, I just purchased the tri ply sauté pan as my cheap disc bottom sauté pan finally gave way and the handle broke giving me the opportunity to upgrade to the Proware which I have been eyeing for a few years. It is a pleasure to use and it’s beautiful. I actually stack it just like they display on their website but I do put tissue in between them. Can’t recommend enough. Next purchase which I’ve been eyeing even longer than the sauté pan is the tri ply roasting dish, I hope to get it soon.

P.s.
I have just noticed Proware replied to my previous review and comment about the mini sauce pan offering me recipes and ideas. Not that I’ve checked yet but I actually love this little mini pan. I’ve made sauces, flavoured oils, warmed and toasted spices. I’ve actually used it more than the medium saucepan. Keep up the great work guys, I look forward to future purchases and continued use of your excellent pans.

Extroardinary quality and craftmanship. Staff were very helpful and my order was delivered quickly.

This is our second purchase on both occasions the parcel was well packaged and delivered promptly, the pots themselves are top quality and should last a lifetime
