Good product backed by research
Good product backed by research, excellent daily online support coaching sessions. Soups are not very tasty and can be grainy, some of the flavors not good. Also, the price is high if you plan to follow their suggestion of every 25 days. BUT, it is a great reset and you will feel better if you can get through a few 5 day. The non powder are organic and taste better but are pricey

feeling tortured for nothing
I felt bloated the entire fast period. And in fact continue to feel bloated now at 4 days post-fast...not as bad as during but much more so than pre-fast! I felt no boost in energy or clarity during or after the fast. My weight is down a whopping 4lb, but my body fat is UP 1% & lean body mass DOWN just 1lb. It feels basically like I tortured myself for nothing!
