Prolon's sodium content ranges between 1.6 and 2 grams per day, which falls within the American Heart Association's recommended daily sodium intake for a heart-healthy diet. Feel Like Superman
I came into this with an open mind, hoping to feel a little less bloated. Not only did the bloating go away, but I also feel way more energized, I'm in a better mood, and I'm much more focused, which is something I really need in my line of work.
I'm actually quite shocked by how good I feel. Days 1 and 2 were hard, Day 3 was better, but by Day 4, I felt like Superman.

Good program but dislike the soups.

Pea protein-based soups were not my favorite, so I chopped up my olives (another non-favorite) and put them into the soup along with any cracker crumbs from the packet. Tomato soup is my hands down favorite!
