I didn't like that I purchased an item that was supposed to be through this company and I never got it. But they are refunding my money for me so that I can be satisfied and maybe use this company again for other purchases thank you guys you was a big help

I participated in what was presented as a promotional "Stanley Mystery Box" survey offer. The advertising materials focused on a survey and promotional product opportunity and did not clearly and conspicuously disclose that I was enrolling in a recurring paid membership program with ongoing automatic charges. Based on the presentation of the offer, I did not knowingly consent to a continuing subscription or recurring billing arrangement. This type of advertisement does violate Federal Consumer Protections as well as violates state protections. This being said, I did reach out to the company and requested immediate cancellation due to material terms regarding recurring charges, automatic renewals, membership enrollment, cancellation procedures, or pricing were not conspicuously disclosed before payment was submitted. I did receive an immediate response from the company, and it seems that the complaint and request was received and is being rectified. I am at this point satisfied and will follow up to be sure I am a better consumer by verifying all information before entering a credit card for a purchase.

They cancelled my membership quickly cause I messed up.

I was charged something then a couple minutes I was charged significantly more. I emailed them, they say I am supposed to get a refund but I have not yet. There needs to be more clarity on this website.

Ordered by accident. They instantly gave me my refund except $9.99 and they told me to call tomorrow and they can do that one. They were very nice

Customer service is terrible, I was told several times I would receive a refund after being scammed.

It wasn't a good experience. I have no idea what this website is for and when I've asked repeatedly for my transaction to be canceled and money returned to my card all I get are excuses.

I mean honestly I didn't get a full chance to experience but from what i did experience was exceptional. I would recommend this company if your looking for a monthly subscription of good quality items and timed deliveries then Pro4Fit is the answer for you. Thank you guys for understanding my situation. You'll stay in my books.
