Your company is a scam. You make ppl think they are ordering something really cheap then sneakily sign them up for a subscription. I have repeatedly requested a refund only to keep getting auto response and now my emails to you are bouncing back.

This site is a scam; I placed an order that never arrived. Furthermore, because they had my details, they kept taking more money without authorization, forcing me to block my card to prevent further theft.
Then, they offer to refund the money they stole—the extra amounts taken from my account without permission—but only if I first give them a high rating, write a positive review, and delete my negative comment so they can continue scamming people.

I didn't make this purchase, not sure what your company is, apparently my account was hacked again and it's making it hard for me to think about making any on line purchases,I have gotten a new debit card 3 times this year, something needs to be put in place to assure you are selling to the person whose account you are charging

This is a complete SCAM ! I WAS COMPLETELY UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WAS PURCHASING A AMAZON GIFT BOX. ONCE PURCHASED I WAS CHARGED 36$ WHEN I ONLY APPROVED FOR A PURCHASE OF 9.99
THEN WHEN I CALL THEY GIVE ME ALL KIND OF LIES TALKING ABOUT I SIGED UP FOR A MEMDERSHIP. NO WHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION DID IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A MEMBERSHIP TO ANYTHING.

I never made or subscribed to you all I was applying for school supplies and yall took my money . So as I stated before I never even came on yall website to begin with

I have been charged for a gift card I knew nothing about i would like my money back I dont want credit to purchase anything

I noticed an unexpected membership fee charged/activated on my account. I did not intend to purchase this recurring subscription, and there seems to be an error in how the membership was applied. I hope customer support can help resolve this issue and assist with a refund/cancellation as soon as possible

A purchase I made by mistake didn’t know the refund will revert back to credit on the account so I give it 1 star for me.

I was tryin to order a bluetooth speakers from walmart to do a survey to get cheaper price but ended up paying memebership for what..i was confused..they will refunded back to my credit card.. Thank you for reading..

I don't want a credit I want my money back in my bank. I don't know how I got signed up for you guys when I did a survey for a different store for their mystery box they know nothing about. So give me my money back not a credit but return my money to my bank or I'll just let them handle this when I dispute the charge.

Nicholan helped with closing my account and obtaining a refund. This was not what I thought it was.

Well I gave 5 stars for the fact of the matter that they are very attentive and helpful. There was a mistake that happened on a membership and I emailed them. They responded right away and fixed the issue with no hesitation. Thank you so much for all your help and rapid customer service.

I did not order this. Within a couple of seconds from asking for a refund, my money was back in my banking account. I have never had such a remarkable, cooperative experience. Well Done!!
