Company is a scam. False advertising. I purchased a pajama set for a photo shoot with me and my granddaughter. After they sold it and took my money, the advised they do not have the toddler size! They refuse to refund my money even though the adult size has not been shipped. I am in the process of taking legal action and disputing with my bank. Do not buy from them. They are corrupt and dishonest! They keep trying to force me to buy a size that would not fit. Why would they advertise something thane your money and force you to take something you did not order. I am so going to make an example for this crooked company!

Never encountered such horrendous service. I have left a review on here previously and they immediately contacted me saying they will refund me. I absolutely am appalled as it's been another month and I've still not received the refund. I've been waiting ,trying to resolve this since the start of November. I cant stress how much you need to avoid this website at all costs.

I ordered matching shirts for the holidays in the beginning of December. I never received my items. I opened support tickets. They finally replied to me on 19th January asking if I wanted a refund or for them to resent the items. I asked for a refund. It’s currently 21st February and I still have not received my refund. I’ve contacted my credit card company as well. Still no refund.
The customer service is nonexistent.
I am disgusted and angry.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Awful quality, poster had clearly been cut by either blunt instrument or a person who is visually impaired, expensive rubbish avoid at all costs

Wir haben T-Shirts bestellt, die viel zu klein ausgefallen sind. Auch eine Nummer größer hat nicht gepasst.
Auf die Anmeldung der Rücksendung hat niemand reagiert, es kam keine Antwort, auch nach mehrmaliger Rückfrage nicht. Ich kann von einer Bestellung von diesem Anbieter nur abraten, es wird mit kostenloser Rücksendung geworben, die aber dann nicht möglich ist.

AVOID this company. Ordered 2 sizes of 2 items( t-shirts and a bag) for Xmas presents as requested by grand children, on 8th and 9th December, as I wanted to try for size.
None arrived until January 7th . I bought presents elsewhere and now get no response about returning the goods. Should have read reviews.
I will NEVER USE Printerval again and want to warn everyone. Shall do so on Social Media and everything else I can think of incl. grandchildren.

Ich hatte zwei Shirts bestellt, diese kamen auch innerhalb 3 Wochen.
Allerdings sind die Größen dort nicht eurp. Standard.
Das M Shirt war wie S, das S Shirt wie XS.

Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme per Mail, oder dem Ticketsupport war bislang vergebens. Man bekommt bis auf die standartisieren Mails und Werbung keine Antwort!!! Weder im Ticketsupport, noch per Mail.
Werde dort nichts mehr bestellen!!!

order number UK1548613, I ordered and paid for this item on 06.12.24. It was shipped on the 23rd December, still not arrived. I have opened a support ticket, followed it up and just get the same response of 'it is on its way'. I have logged reviews, same response Wake up THE ITEM IS NOT ON ITS WAY, THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT. No one actually does anything, Well try doing this simple request REFUND MY MONEY

Habe ein bedrucktes T-Shirt bestellt. Größe passte nicht, so dass eine Rückgabe beantragt wurde. Support hat trotz zweimaliger Anfrage nicht reagiert. Wird einfach ausgesessen. Dafür bekomme ich fast täglich Werbung mit "Angeboten". Ich kann von dem Anbieter nur abraten. Kein seriöser Händler, der Kundenservice lebt. Finger weg davon!

Absolutely dreadful company. Really should have done my homework before ordering. Ordered 2 t shirts. One was the wrong item the 2nd had the design printed wonky. And of course you cannot get to speak to anyone for a refund. Unfortunately I think this is a lesson that is going to cost me.
Do not use this company.

They have horrible customer service and no timelines for late deliveries despite multiple attempts to contact via an email and also a phone call and after several days of the tracking update saying it was being shipped but had not changed a 2nd email and another phone call I finally was told if it didn’t arrive by the following Monday they would refund the shipping fee because it had been more than 30 days. Order was placed 12/24/24 and was to arrive 1/16/25. Finally arrived 2/8/25.

Very very poor quality. Looks nothing like the picture. They promise returns but they never give you a return address and they don’t get back to your emails until very late and they say don’t send any more emails or it will delay their response further. Do not buy from this company.

5 WEEKS AND STILL NO T SHIRT OR REPLY AFTER 3 EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT AVOID THIS COMPANY .

Ordered an Aerosmith Tie Dyed T shirt as a Christmas present for my wife ( not a particularly cheap item either ), ordered it on December 6th 2024 with an expected delivery date of December 18th - 20th , after chasing this up several times and only receiving responses several days later each time assuring me that it was enroute , it eventually arrived on Monday January 10th 2025 !! , I’d like to say it was worth the wait…….. but it was literally cheap flimsy nylon ( the type my grandma used to say “ don’t stand too close to the fire or you’ll melt” 🤣), in short……absolutely terrible communication …… and shockingly bad quality merchandise, avoid at all costs !!

I ordered an item in October 24 for a wedding in December 24. I was given a delivery date of the 09-14 December 24. This would be tight for the wedding but do able.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I have raised support tickets on multiple occasions. Each time so receive an automated response telling me my order is either in the process of being dispatched or in transit. I am provided a tracking number, when using this I receive contradictory information. For example last weeks stated my order had been delivered, it hadn’t and this week in response to my support ticket pointing out I have still not received my order I was told it was still in transit and the new tracking page said the same.

I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam and should be avoided at all cost. I only wish i had checked on here before ordering from them.

I have contacted my card issuer and online fraud team to try and protect others.

NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered a tracksuit at the beginning of December in time for Xmas, it didn’t turn up in time. When it did turn up the jogging bottoms were missing and the quality is awful, I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone.
My emails were completely ignored until I filed a complaint with PayPal who won’t issue a refund unless I get a police report for theft because half the order was missing. The police in the UK don’t get involved missing orders!
Printerval are now ignoring me again so I have no chance of a refund for the missing item or shocking quality of the bit I did eventually receive.

We Ordered Rinaldo Crocrs from Printerval on 12th december,2024. To date still not arrived. Hopeless customer service and delivery company. Do not bother Ordering

This site is a SCAM!!!! Please do it fall for it!!! After 2.5 months, my order remains in the packaging stage, not even shipped out. The company ( after 2 weeks of multiple emails ), responded with “ it’s on schedule”. No it is not! It was supposed to arrive by January 1 , and still has not shipped as of January 22. I made another review elsewhere , where they responded with “ your order says it was delivered”. That is NOT true, and they didn’t even have my order info from that review to even state that!!! Hundreds of other people are complaining about the exact same issue. I am completely out $65 . I can’t even report to better business bureau because the company doesn’t appear. These people are scamming thousands of people! Just disgusting!!!

This is my 2nd review on Printerval because I wanted to respond to an email that I received today from Printerval saying that my case has been closed because they show that I received the items(the items that I NEVER received) I didn't want anyone else to lose money the way I did I lost $159.84 and hope that all of us posting on this website this company will have to close down this CORRUPT company!!
