I wud of gave a no star rating but u had to put a star as this is the only place I got any kind of response from printerval were is my order ....#UK1556074 molindless self indulgence tshirt in a medium order placed on the 7th Dec 2024 at 1.25pm....terrible terrible company never will I order from here again and to any1 else don't waste your time if u can't find my order then I want a refund

Scam site. Ordered with rush shipping for an extra $16.99. Still hasn't been packaged in the estimated shipping time and it will not allow cancellation. Customer service is a closed loop without resolutions or actual help. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a t-shirt on Dec 2oth 24, still haven't got it and when do respond to emails the rudeness is beyond belief. I requested a refund, was ignored and they sent the item anyway. I would advise anybody thinking of buying from these people to avoid them There's nothing unique about the product, try Etsy.

En weer bijna al mijn ontwerpen gestolen van Spreadshirt en mijn Spreadshirt shops. Dit keer door Barn Doomed. Weer zo’n fantasienaam.
Koop hier niets!
Ze stelen wereldwijd ontwerpen.
Ze verschillen zich achter zogenaamd de derde partij maar dat zijn ze gewoon zelf. Ik zie mijn ontwerpen steeds onder andere fantasienamen online terugkeren.
Printerval.de heeft mij trouwens geblokkeerd zodat ik niet meer kan zien wat ze stelen.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered on 10th December, 2024, a Taylor Swift hoodie for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I chased my order countless times but never got a response. I had to buy an alternative gift for my granddaughter.
Finally the hoodie arrived on 6th January but too late for Christmas. I have tried many times to find a way of sending the hoodie back so that I can get a refund. Still no response.
This has been a bad experience and one I hope never to repeat.

Ordered a Christmas present on the 9/12/24. Still no sign of delivery, customer service no existent. Asked for a refund said my item is in production still. Is this a scam company, very disappointing

Ordered a tee shirt on 6th December and had been packed but not sent since 15th December. Said it would arrive by 2nd January it’s now 11th. No reply from the contact form or whatsapp number. Will be going to my bank for a refund shortly.

Edit: 16th Jan. Item turned up and was as expected. Just very late. Customer service was AWFUL.

Ordered two items from this company on 06 Dec, intending to give them as Christmas presents.

According to the site's tracking function, my order was packed on 15 Dec, and has been 'on the road' since 22 Dec, but 34 days later, I have received nothing.

I lodged a support ticket on 30 December, and have sent two follow-up emails, but so far the response has been a rolling tumbleweed, a crow cawing, and the mournful sound of a distant church bell.

I don't care how good the products - if they should ever arrive - turn out to be. I will never use these cowboys again.

Ich habe ein bedrucktes T-Shirt bestellt am 7. Dezember 2024, bei der Bestellung wurde ein Lieferdatum bis zum 24. Dezember garantiert. Ständig habe ich den Versandstatus gecheckt und erst am 17. Dezember stand dort, dass das Paket gepackt ist, was aber nicht direkt zum Versand führte. Erst am 27. Dezember!!! wurde das Paket in die Post gegeben, was drei Tage nach dem garantierten Lieferdatum war und erst am 6. Januar 2025 habe ich das Paket erhalten. Als ich das T-Shirt, das 100 % Baumwolle sein sollte, in den Händen hielt, entnahm ich dem Etikett, dass es sich um 50% Polyester und 50% Baumwolle handelt, was schlichtweg Betrug ist. Der Print sieht nicht besonders hochwertig aus, mal gucken wie viele Wäschen er durchhält.

Company ignored requests to cancel an order due to no shipping progress after ages. Raised multiple tickets asking for updates but everything was completely ignored until I raised 2 cancellation tickets and an email to ensure they received my request, and they decide to ship the item anyway? They completely ignore all attempts to get any help and won’t respond to me to give me my money back and get rid of the unopened parcel. Having to go through my bank to resolve this as I’ve been emailing them almost daily.

stay clear of this company, there are MUCH cheaper and more reliable companies

Similar theme to everyone else on here, I’ve been waiting almost 5 weeks now for my delivery. If this doesn’t arrive soon I think I’ll speak to my card provider to request a chargeback as have zero trust that these products are actually going to arrive. Unbelievably poor. Wish Etsy made this clear on their sites too!!

Still have not received my order that I placed on November 13th 2024. Have emailed the company numerous times called every week . I've been hung up on , told I'm not getting a refund except the shipping cost of $9.99band I still haven't seen that either . So I'm out $70.00 . Does anyone know how I make a consumer fraud report against them? Or a way to get my money back? Would not recommend anyone buys from this company . Not worth losing your money and having nothing to show for it . Shame on them for scamming honest hard working people.

Ordered a T-shirt on 9th December 2024 and it’s now 7th January 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. Wanted the item for Christmas. I’ve tried contacting them several times via their ticket system, and have had no response at all. Reading the other reviews, I’m beginning to think that this company is a scam. For any new customers thinking of ordering from Printerval, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if they are legit, they have NO customer service skills whatsoever and can’t be bothered to respond to emails or support requests. There’s no excuse for this! Have requested a refund as I no longer want to purchase the T-shirt from this company, but I doubt I’ll get my money back. If anyone knows how to report this company, please confirm as they should be reported as illegitimate / scam. If no response from Printerval in the next 5 days, l will report them to Trading Standards in the meantime in the hope of further investigation in to this company.

I ordered a T shirt for my Daughter 9th December, with a guaranteed delivery of December 27th. I chased this up 17th December as it had not been produced yet. On 26th December I received an email saying it would take a further 20 days to arrive. I am disgusted by the customer service of this company, they will take your money, but fail to deliver on their agreements. I suggest people do not buy anything from this outfit, it is appalling.

Item ordered 5th Dec, still not received. Their 24hr contact whats app number is useless and not 24hr! I've been leaving daily messages since middle Dec and not one response. I'm now trying to get my money back via my bank.

I was weary of buying from here as the reviews were mixed but I had a good experience. Nice custom printed pjs (stocking filler), arrived before expected and in time for Christmas.
