We placed a group order for Halloween shirts for our office party. When the shirts arrived the Twizzler shirt had the words Effort Paramount printed across the front almost on the Twizzler logo. I reached out to the company and they told me it was fine there was no error on their end. After submitting a 2nd ticket with the photo of the shirt they sent and the screen shot of the shirt on their website that I ordered from they told me they couldn't tell if that picture was really from their website and again denied any wrong doing. Then instead of just giving us another shirt without the extra printing on it they offered me 10% off my next order....HA! Funny to think I would ever order from them again at this point. So after screen shooting their entire website showing their name and the shirt I ordered, along with the shirt they sent me ( clearly 2 different shirts). They still denied any error on their end instead were willing to finally send us the correct shirt, but it would take 25 days to arrive. Interesting how it only took 2 weeks for 14 shirts but would take 25 days for 1. I wish I would have kept scrolling right past this company. I am currently awaiting a refund, but my hopes aren't high after reading some other people's reviews. Ordered a new Twizzler shirt from a different company, had it in 3 days and it perfect! Do yourself and your wallet a favor, find a different company to order from. -10 stars

3 vendors have stolen my art and aren't being taken down. The platform basically allow anyone to make illegal business over real genuine artist. This is pretty disgusting practice. Yes you can report them but they take no responsibility in allowing illegal practice.

Obviously selling customer email addresses as I received constant junk mail after ordering from them.

Diese Seite bietet unter diversen Pseudonymen Designs an, die mutmaßlich von Originalkünstlern gestohlen wurden. Das schädigt nicht nur die Designer, die so um ihren verdienten Lohn gebracht werden, sondern führt auch zu minderwertiger Qualität der Produkte, die den niedrigen Preisen entspricht.
Ich rate dringend vom Kauf ab. Solche Plattformen, die sich auf Kosten der Kreativität anderer bereichern, sollten aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden.

Finger weg. Wie gut ein Unternehmen arbeitet merkt man erst wenn es zu einer Reklamation kommt.In meinem Fall wurde eine Kaffeetasse mit falschem Motiv geliefert. Bis dahin war alles ok, Bestellprozess, Lieferzeit und Verpackung vorbildlich. Bei der Reklamation jedoch wurde man vertröstet und hingehalten.Mehrere E Mails über mehrere Wochen. Als ich den Käuferschutz über PayPal aktivierte bekam ich eine dubiose E Mail das ich den Vorgang bei PayPal schließen sollte.Dann würde mir der Betrag überwiesen. Lachhaft. Natürlich nicht! 3 Tage später wurde der Fall bei Paypal zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und der Betrag überwiesen.

I ordered a Childs Stitch Bum Bag which was personalised, when it arrived it was very poor quality, its was huge even for an adult, the inside pouches were bigger that the bag so have to tuck it in to close the zipper. I wanted if for my Granddaughter who is 6 to take on holiday its hideous and the quality is awful, I paid extra postage to get it delivered quicker, it was not and to be honest I will give it to charity despite the the stupid amount of postage I was charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a T-shirt with our pups photo as a Father’s Day gift for my husband, he loves it and the sizes are true, material is good too. I would have given 5 stars but it took 2 weeks to arrive. Would definitely use again, the photo quality is great.

Rogue company! My order arrived fairly quickly but very poor quality!! I’m trying to get a refund. I really wouldn’t recommend!!

Eine Firma mit Sitz in Vietnam, die sich als kleines Familienunternehmen gibt, ist in Wirklichkeit ein perfides, auf Betrug spezialisiertes Unternehmen, das sich im großen Stil deine Designs klaut und unter Fake-Identitäten auf 100ten von Produkten verkauft. Legst du, als rechtmäßige UrheberIn Beschwerde ein, wird dir kurzerhand der Zugriff auf die Seite blockiert. Ganz miese Masche.

Ordered several items - only received two. Order was split into 4 shipments - only 1 ! arrived. I sent uncouontable emails - got the feeling that nobody was up to date with my oders or my request for help or at the end for refund.
It was a desaster - I received refund for 1 ! item - never heard from them again.
This is no way to treat a custumer - I was patient - waited for weeks - never complained - just asked for help.
Sorry - not recommendable at all - there are better shops with a way better service

Beware of this company. They market their product with “free returns” but they don’t mention that the free returns only apply if they send you the wrong order or if the order is damaged. So they don’t really offer free returns. I received 3 shirts, 2 of which looked nothing like the photos. This company is based in Vietnam and they keep sending me canned email responses and when I finally called and got someone on the phone, they say I have to refer to the people who are emailing me. Do not under any circumstances order from this company. I guarantee you their response to this review is going to be for me to email them a picture of the shirts. I did that the first time and I’ve gotten that email 3 subsequent times. You’ve been warned. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered 2 custom blankets totalling over $100 from Printerval. One was a Resident Evil Blanket and the other was a Coheed and Cambria blanket. I asked about the Resident Evil Blanket because the picture had the name William on it. I did not want a name on there as it was for my son.
I ordered these early November 2024 and paid extra to have them arrive before December 24th. I did not recieve them until January 18th 2025. When I opened it, the blanket had the name William printed in huge letters... random name. I have tried to contact customer support, but no answer. This website is a SCAM!

UPDATE: It is now March 19, 2025. When i left this review at the end of January, they were quick to reply stating that I could receive a refund or a new product. Has that happened yet? NO. I was directed to submit ANOTHER report. Then asked to provide photos of the misprint blanket and I have YET to receive a refund or anything more than an automated response that is FAR from helpful. I am at a loss.

UPDATE: 4/14/25 I have still not received any reply from the support ticket I submitted. I have not gotten a refund or any type of solution to my order. When I first reviewed Printerval with my unhappy experience they very quickly replied to it stating that they would happily resend the order or refund my purchase. I asked for a refund as I just wanted to be done with them. I have submitted tickets for the error as well as a photo of the product that they sent that was wrong. I have done everything in accordance with their support process, but they refuse to hold up their end.

Avoid this company I ordered wrong size pyjamas tried to get a refund they do not refund told to keep the pyjamas an give to a charity and re order the right size this is impossible to do as to reorder you have to pay again wish I had read reviews before ordering awful company

Kundenservice Fehlanzeige. 15 Anrufe nicht abgenommen. Auf Mails keine Antwort. Die whatsapp Service Nummer ist nicht bei whatsapp registriert. Reinster Betrug.

bought 2 coffee mugs. the picture of it online looked glorious. the actual items i received instead had a tiny graphic that was out-of-focus. then they wouldn't let me post a review on their website. so i'm out of $30. cheated four times (2 mugs, $30, no review).

2 week and still waiting. By the look of the other reviews it's not looking wish I read the reviews before ordering.just hope it turns up

Merce ordinata il 16 dicembre 2024 e arriva dopo 2 mesi e molti solleciti, l’avevo data per persa. Quindi rettifico il mio giudizio che era nettamente negativo. Le stampe sono buone, ma andrebbe specificato al momento dell’ordine che i tempi di consegna sono questi.
