Primetestlab.com Arvostelua

app accettata subito dopo i 14 giorni

I needed 25 testers for the 14-day closed test on Google Play and used PrimeTestLab. The testers joined on time, kept the app opted in for the full period, and I received written QA reports that pointed out real issues I could fix. Support on WhatsApp replied quickly whenever I had a question, and they also gave guidance on applying for production access. My app was approved for production access, and the app is now live on Google Play. Recommended for anyone building their first Android app.

PrimeTestLab.com is the best. It did what it claimed to do. And I'm happy I am their customer. With one project completed, my other project is already running with them. And I believe I will use only this platform in future all other projects.

2nd time I have used Primetestlab and once again they were outstanding. Communication was excellent, thank you.

Primetestlab.com provided the required testers to get my Android app through the testing process required by Google and into production. The price was good, and the testing report provided was helpful in improving the overall app functionality.

Easy onboarding and monitoring, great value for the service, way easier than manually finding testers.

Lograron que pasara las pruebas ante Google, hicieron lo que prometieron y me fueron guiando muy bien en el proceso, los recomiendo, ellos tienen mucha experiencia en lo que hacen

Primetestlab was easy to setup and work with. The whole process was straight forward to get closed testing finished to gain production access for the Google Play store. After the 14 day testing window, Primelab submitted a report of any bugs and suggested fixes that they found during testing. Would recommend and use again.

Amazing and easy service, fast setup, and good reports. My second app has been released, super happy with this service!

I had a great experience with PRIMETEST Lab’s app testing service. They got started quickly, and their clear updates and interim report made it easy to follow the progress. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to the team for their support and hard work. Highly recommended!

Worth the money 👍🏻 I'd recommend using their services, very professional.

Very professional team, I will keep working with them on all my app releases and testing, thanks!

Primetestlab handled the closed testing for my first Android app, and everything about the process went smoothly. I had all the testers I needed for the full 14 days, I got some useful feedback and bug reports I could act on and use in my questionnaire, approval came through within 24 hours of application after the test period concluded. I will certainly use PTL again!

I needed the closed test Google requires before a new personal account can apply for production. That means at least 12 testers opted in, and still opted in, for 14 days straight.
PrimeTestLab handled that for my game, Silver Waqf. The Play Console checks are all complete now. The closed release is published, the testers are opted in, and the 14 days have run.
Setup was straightforward. I did not have to chase people or watch the count every day. The testers stayed for the whole window, which is the part that usually falls apart when you try to do this with friends.
I have not sent the production application yet, so I am not claiming Google has approved the game. They do offer a free guide for this as well. What I paid for was a closed test that actually finished, and it did. I would use them again for that.

Everything they said it will happen has happened,

They were very responsive and provided acrual good feedback that helped my app get off the ground.

The testers are very thorough and efficient. I will be coming back as a satisfied client

This is a great company to work with, fast , professional, extremely helpful. They do exactly as they say there going to and help you every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them and i will use them again in the future!

We used PrimeTestLab for the closed testing of our Arabic children's app after our first production application was rejected. Their testers used the app on real Android phones during the test, and we received two detailed QA reports with clear steps to reproduce each issue, which helped us fix real problems before applying again. Support responded quickly and reviewed our production access answers with practical advice. Google granted production access on 6 October, and the app went live on 14 October. Clear, responsive and professional service.

Primetestlab.com is the real deal. Thank you for your reports about the things you seen wrong with my app and suggestions on how to make some items better. This process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you again.
