Worked as intended, I received good testing feedback, my app got approved

Great service my app was approved on day 14 and it was so easy to use this company.

The support was amazing and the platform is super easy to use and straight forward

Once I made contact with the team, it was a smooth process.

My app got approved and its live. Was skeptical at first, but it's legit

Excellent testing service. PrimeTestLab found important issues I had missed and provided clear, practical feedback. Their work helped improve the quality of my game, and I would highly recommend them to other developers.

I used Primetestlab to run the closed testing phase for my Android app before applying for production access on Google Play. The testers installed the app and I received a detailed PDF report with specific findings (file naming, language persistence, UI suggestions) that I could act on right away. Communication was clear and the process was straightforward. Helpful for solo developers who need to meet Google's testing requirement.

What an experience, I was so please and satisfied by the first app being tested, I again got Primetestlabs to test my second and again it was a smooth process, constructive feedback and fixed minor bugs in the app. The process was great value, simple to follow steps and after testing my app went live. This was due to the diligence of the testers and the support given by the team. I was strongly recommend this company for testing your app as it's great value and peace of mind you app will pass the stringent requirements thanks again and I will get the team to test my next app .

All went well, easy dashboard, good testing feedback and my app is live. Cheers.

great service, highly recommended, great communication and testing periods. cant go wrong with the great prices either!

I used PrimeTestLab's Enterprise package (25 testers) to get my Android game through Google Play's closed testing requirement.

Before choosing, I did a lot of research and was honestly worried. Many services in this space seem fairly ad hoc: hire a handful of people, hope they open the app every day, and trust that it all works out. With a release on the line, I didn't want to gamble on that.

PrimeTestLab was a pleasant surprise. Their website took me through the full 14 days of closed testing, with reports, stats and metrics along the way, so I always knew where things stood instead of waiting and hoping.

What impressed me most is that they actually tested my app. I got bug reports from their team that clearly came from people digging deep into the game, well beyond the minimum Google expects. Their feedback was good enough that I rewrote my new-player tutorial because of it. That's not something you get from testers who just open the app once a day and click here and there without much thought to keep the count up.

If you need to get through closed testing and want it done properly by a team that takes your app seriously, I'd recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with Prime Test Lab. They were very informative, very responsive, and helped guide me through the testing phase. They provided great feedback for app changes. My app has now been published with thanks to the PTL team. Highly recommend.

It was exactly as advertised. I had no issues whatsoever. They even gave me two reports during the 14 day closed testing. Will definitely be using their services again.

Prime Test Lab made the closed testing of my app achievable. Easy to work with, great and timely feedback. I look forward to future interactions

Absoultely fantastic support. They delivered what they promised and i am really happy with their service.

Highly recommend if you are facing issues getting the google playstore app approved. They clear doubts via whatsapp really promptly and put your mind at ease before you give them money

Primetestlab made it so easy and stress free. My app passed first try. They helped along every step. Great job guys!

I purchased a closed testing plan with 12 testers, and their feedback was very helpful and helped me improve some app functionalities.

Love this company, prices are great and the communication and quality of testers is brilliant.

Bought a second package for another app after I saw their results on my first app - highly recommend

As always, I like their attention to details

app accettata subito dopo i 14 giorni

I needed 25 testers for the 14-day closed test on Google Play and used PrimeTestLab. The testers joined on time, kept the app opted in for the full period, and I received written QA reports that pointed out real issues I could fix. Support on WhatsApp replied quickly whenever I had a question, and they also gave guidance on applying for production access. My app was approved for production access, and the app is now live on Google Play. Recommended for anyone building their first Android app.
