great communication and advice. Service was very worth the price.

Thank you so much for your help and support in testing our app! We’re really happy with how everything turned out.

Our app has finally been approved for production on Google Play! 🎉

We initially tried going through the testing process ourselves, but unfortunately, our first application was not approved. To be honest, we were a little hesitant to use your service at first, but you exceeded our expectations.

Throughout the testing phase, your team provided valuable feedback, helpful suggestions, and practical tips that made a real difference.

We’re very happy with your service and truly appreciate your professionalism and support. Highly recommended!

Thank you again for helping us reach this milestone! 🙏

I’ve had a positive experience using PrimeTestLab for testing across my apps. It has been helpful during the testing stage as I prepare them for release. Overall, I’m happy with the service and appreciate their support.

What an amazing experience. The tested my apps and shared qa reports on items to improve.
Also the tracker is very useful as you tracker how close you are to go live.
The report for how to answer production release questionnaire also goes a long way. Thank you so much.

Used PrimeTestLab's 25-tester plan for Google Play's closed testing requirement on my first personal developer account app. Setup was quick and clear — I uploaded the opt-in link and testers were active within hours. Two detailed QA reports during the 14 days caught real bugs (input validation, screen rotation data loss, a status-bar overlap issue) that I was able to fix and re-release before applying for production. Support confirmed my testing link setup when I had a question, and I got production access approved just one day after applying. Would definitely use again for my next app.

Wow service!
Thank a lot!

They are always fast and helpful. Would use again

Excellent service. This is the second time I used them. Highly recommended.

The fact i was able to set it up and wait the time and it actually passed googles strict policies was amazing working on my second app a must buy worth the money good direction

I gained good experience and conducted high‑quality testing of my product. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to quickly fix your recommendation on the app so that you could check my fixes during the bonus week that was originally included in the tariff. So I took an extra testing cycle as a precaution.
Your testing and my report on it fully satisfied Google. The main issue during publication turned out to be the platform’s requirement regarding the “16KB page size”. I managed to resolve this.
If there are major changes or a new app is published, I’ll be happy to contact you again. Thank you for your work.

Set up and testing was easy to do and continous daily update was crucial.

Excellent, app approved, good bug report and quick service.

PrimeTestLab helped us get ACEP Nexo Directorio, our business directory app for the Hispanic community in San Antonio, through Google Play’s closed testing requirement and into production. The testers stayed active for the full 14 days, and their QA reports were genuinely useful: each one ran 18 checks and came with clear, specific notes on minor issues and suggestions, which we fixed before launch. Early on, they also explained honestly why our first technical setup wouldn’t count for Google’s testing, which saved us time and helped us fix it the right way. Professional, clear communication and real value for the price. Highly recommended for independent developers.

Perfect

My app accept PlayStore

Prime Test Lab tested my app C-GYM: AI Coach & Gym Tracker before its release on Google Play, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Everything was done thoroughly, clearly and on time. Communication was fast and friendly, and I always knew what stage the testing was at. Thanks to their help, C-GYM is now live on Google Play. Special thanks to Kefayatullah for the personal approach and support. I'd definitely recommend Prime Test Lab to any developer preparing to publish an app, and I'll gladly work with them again.

They had some internal hiccups but sorted them fairly quickly. Service is great and they give you a report at the end as well.

The process was smooth, the support was quick, everything worked as it should. Great job. 100%

Working with the team was an incredible experience. They helped me take my app, DriveSafe, all the way to a successful public launch on the Google Play Store! They handled complex rejections, database updates, and compliance checks with total professionalism. I highly recommend them to any app creator looking for a dedicated development partner.

Easy, not expensive, Fast answers to any questions. 100% efficient.
My app was approved by Google Justin two days after the end of closed testing..
