First rate service

First rate service. Got two comprehensive testing feedback reports during testing which were very useful. Managed to get my app into the play store at first attempt.

Hi,

We're sorry to see your review, and we'd like to clarify a few important details for other customers.

As you confirmed in your support message on September 18, there was an initial setup issue in Google Play Console. Our tester CSV had been imported into the wrong email list, resulting in only 1 of the 101 tester email addresses being saved correctly.

Unfortunately, this prevented our testers from accessing your app and joining the closed testing track. Once the issue was identified, you corrected the configuration and informed us.

We understand your frustration regarding the delays and tester numbers, and we're sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations.

We also appreciate you acknowledging in your review that we offered a refund. We believe that offering refunds when things don't go as planned reflects a company's commitment to its customers. Our goal has always been to deliver the service promised, and we would never accept a project without genuinely intending to complete it and support our customers throughout the process.

We genuinely care about our customers, their investments, and the success of their applications. While not every project goes perfectly, we always strive to handle concerns fairly and professionally.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely wish you success with your application, and **you are always welcome back anytime. We'd be happy to work with you again in the future.**

Best regards,
PrimeTestLab Support Team

My app passed the testing phase

Paid, got my app tested, got 2 reports on what can be improved, my app was allowed to publish. Before that I tried the "I test your app, you test mine" on a couple of subreddits - don't bother and buy testers instead, eveone is looking for testers without becoming a tester in return.

I highly recommend their services

I highly recommend their services. Thanks to them, I was able to launch my app—it’s usually very difficult to convince friends and acquaintances to install an app, especially when you need 12 people to do so. The tests they ran on the platform went smoothly, and they successfully identified bugs. I genuinely recommend them.
