package doesn’t arrive, customer service doesn’t answer
Ordered a couple of toothbrushes, then got carried away in a couple of “deals”, ended up ordering a package of €80, which when I look back at it wasn’t such a good deal at all. But the worst thing is, it was over a month ago and the package still hasn’t arrived. Sent 3 e-mails allready but they don’t answer. Wrote a negative review but they hide it, which gives me the impression they write their (all 5 star) reviews themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry your order still hasn't arrived. A month is far too long to be waiting, and we want to get this resolved for you.
Once we're able to check the order, we can give you a clear answer on what happened. International shipments can occasionally be held in customs, which delays delivery beyond the usual timeline, and that's something we'd be able to confirm quickly.

ZERO customer service
They put the wrong amount on the customs bill so that bill was HUGE!! And even having to pay vat / customs is terrible. And customer service never answers so cannot cancel your subscription!
Primals has now answered this message but I don’t agree. Vat and customs is set by the individual country, but primals put the full amount on the customs declaration, and not what I actually paid, which was a discounted bundle. They made a huge mistake!! Ave they NEVER answer their customer service on email, which they state that they do. So they are lying!

Customs and VAT charges are set and collected by the destination country, not by us, and we declare orders at the value paid at checkout.
On cancellations, these can be done anytime through the customer portal, or by reaching out to us directly and we take care of it right away.

Primal NOT post low star reviews
Primals does not post low reviews. I gave 1 star review and it never posted. Reason: Toothbrush is sooo hard and worsens / can cause tooth sensitivity. I use it as a tongue scraper only. I contacted company but no response. Beware of companies that can't take honest, negative reviews to distort consumer perception!
