I find the brushing to be way more comfortable on my teeth and gums. I will admit I didn't think a tablet would be effective toothpaste, but it works. The brush itself is so much softer than a "soft" nylon brush. I haven't had it long, but so far I am sold.

The products actually work as described. Great quality target gives peaceought mind. Customer service give you live genuine people and great service . Any issue i had with items in my order that were it if stock,I able to exchange them hassle free. Thank you Lauryn and primals.

I’m 67 years old I’ve gone through a lot of plastic toothbrushes in my life.
When I first bought primal , I was kind of skeptical and then.
I am very satisfied . My teeth feel much better plus my gums are healthier.

I reached out to customer service (Lauryn) regarding my subscription. She got right back to me and helped me solve the issues I had quickly! Highly recommend Primal products!!!

Comfortable and happy to not have toxins in them.

Finally adapted to the switch. I brush every day with the horse hair bristle tooth brush and toothpaste tablets. I always have good oral check-ups but now I feel better about my overall health using these products. I tell all my friends about it.

I ran out of the dentifrice tablets and was resistant to buying more fluoride-containing toothpaste so I just switched to baking soda until my next shipment arrived.

Company has terrible customer service. Have emailed them multiple times about my order & have heard nothing in weeks. Their website claims shipping next day & all that but my order has still not shipped & it’s been weeks. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Better off buying else where

I'd been eager to try Primal toothbrushes for awhile but once an electric version was available I definitely ordered knowing I wanted a big change in my oral health routine.
What I didn't realize was that I signed up for a subscription for the manual toothbrushes... Totally my fault, just zoomed in on the less expensive price option, I'm sure. Being a single person I was all of a sudden swimming in waaaay too many supplies! Thankfully the website is very easy to navigate and make changes so I was able to change/cancel what I didn't need and reaching out to customer service was a breeze. Lauryn responded to my emails over the weekend and offered a partial refund even though I made the mistake when ordering.
Highly recommend this company. I am looking forward to trying their other products as well and knowing how customer service oriented they are is a huge plus!

Great product and great customer service

EXPENSIVE and disgusting company, selling low quality products, toothbrush with a very small electric motor and almost none vibration to clean your teeth, no appropriate charger provided, when question about a charger for Australia, have been advised by email to organized my own, when stated that this is not appropriate, representative of the company advised of no return policy … so, ones they have your money, they wash their hand from backing and standing for the quality of their product, shameful and disgusting!!!!!

Well packaged. Product is as described. Brush is very soft and cleans well. Tongue scraper also cleans well. I love the clean products both for bodily health and the environment. So thankful it fits my current electric toothbrush base.

We've been using the Primal's electric toothbrush and horse bristles, as well as the boar bristles, for the last two months, and we will continue to do so as a family. We've been very impressed with the product and we're so glad that we've gotten microplastics out of our daily routine of brushing our teeth.

Primals provides quality products that help remove toxins from your everyday life. I recently reached out to their customer support, and they are top notch as well. They are very responsive and helpful. This is a company that I feel good supporting.

Learning about how all of our products contain microplastics and going through the grueling process to remove as much as possible is a lot. Primals makes an amazing set of products that are good for you and well made!! Their email series is well written and educational. Highly recommend using the products to enhance your world!

Do not buy their products! The toothbrushes have bristles falling out every time you use them. Feels like hair caught in your teeth. Additionally they smell like a wet dog. Very off putting. It was a great concept but these products are not ready for the marketplace. Read the return policy carefully. They don’t give refunds just swaps for other products if theirs. Terrible customer service.

We ordered the horse hair bristle/bamboo replacement heads for our electric toothbrushes. For me personally, I am happy to not be getting all the microplastics in my mouth as I am brushing. The horse hair bristles feel great to my teeth and gums, but occasionally I will get a "horse hair" taste. I hate to use the adage, "it is, what it is", but that about sums it up. Trade off.
When we ordered it was a pre-order, so we had to wait. Once in stock it shipped promptly.
