Items were listed as in stock so I ordered them. The delivery took almost 2 weeks because of slow processing time. When it arrived, the bulk of my order was not there. Customer service said it was out of stock and they charged me anyway and never ever notified me over those 2 weeks that they didn’t have sufficient stock, their webpage incorrectly said it was In stock, they charged me for the product they knew they didn’t have and now I had to jump through hoops for a refund. The most troubling part is that they charged me for items they never packed and I still have not seen a refund after speaking to their customer service lead. Not trustworthy business behavior.

The XQS, FRE, and Sesh pouches are great, however the 2ONE pouches are incredibly dry, like they're old or have been sitting for a while.

I am not sure I would have ordered knowing it would take 12 days to get to me. I will say it could be who they used for delivery. The pack went from las vegas to Canada then back to me. Makes no sense.

They lied and told me that my delivery…
They lied and told me that my delivery would be coming tomorrow if I paid more for shipping. The tracking number says it is not coming until Monday. It’s not honest and I should be refunded for the extra money I paid expedite shipping.
