Order missing
Order missing. I placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. On the websites tracking it says the order is taking longer than expected. However it’s said that for over a few weeks. Customer service won’t give me a refund and will just keep saying we’re waiting to hear back from usps.

The service and products are great…
The service and products are great given retail prices are quite a bit higher. The issue for me is the shipping info is hardly ever updated. If you pay for 4 day or standard 8 day shipping, it shows up at virtually the same time so don't pay for the expedited shipping. Plus the shipping estimate is approximate. I'd like to see s real world date for the shipment arrival with a confirmation email that it was delivered. Order during the work week because they don't ship out or give updates if you order on a weekend, Fri, Sat, Sun.

First shipment they sent me was…
First shipment they sent me was expired. Customer service was horrible and tried to drag it along until I posted a bad review, then things were addressed and they said they would replace the product. Second shipment just arrived and it’s expired as well. This company is just a scam. How would a reputable company have expired product on the shelf, let alone ship it to customers more than once. Shameful.

This is a good company and I do like ordering from them however numerous times I’ve ordered even though it says it’s in stock on the website. It’s not actually in stock instead of getting a notification. My order just gets canceled. That’s a real inconvenience.
