So glad I took a chance on them
I was so disappointed that I hadn’t been able to buy my new TV while they were on sale before the super bowl. I’d researched before Christmas to find the best one for me, yet they sold out.
I was desperately searching the internet for a sale and that’s when I found PriceWaiter. Kinda felt it was too good to be true, yet I wanted to take a chance - so glad I did.
They kept me current re shipping issues and it was packaged well so no damage. I’m looking for another tv for MBed as I can’t seem to get this 32” Samsung N5300 to display colors, contrast, etc correctly plus it isn’t very remote responsive.
The only reason I didn’t get my next tv from these guys is - they were out. LOL

Great experience all the way through!
Great experience. I ordered a television that cost me 1000 less than retail, and it seemed to good to be true. Whenever I got nervous that I threw away thousands of dollars on the internet, I sent a message to customer service, and she quickly reassured me that same day. I contacted her maybe 5 times, and each time she was there with an encouraging response. Two weeks later, the massive television adorned the south facing wall of my apartment, providing bright joy to me and my wife. All in all, this was an incredible experience, and I am shocked that more people don't know about this service. I plan to tell everyone I know!

PriceWaiter is going to give Amazon pricing competition.
PriceWaiter works very well. They were able to find me an online retailer who set me up with the best price on a TV. The entire ordering process was easy. Their customer service is outstanding, and we're incredibly fast to help resolve an issue I had with the seller I was set up with. Pricewaiter is an excellent way to compare prices from other retailers other than Amazon. I saved over $80 on my purchase from what Amazon was advertising. I highly recommend PriceWaiter.

I’d never heard of this company before…
I’d never heard of this company before it came up as an option for purchasing a specific tv. The price was totally competitive and delivery was speedy. I’d use them again.

Excellent deal and very responsive…
Excellent deal and very responsive customer service. I bought a dishwasher with installation and haul away included. Unfortunately the install and haul away info was not passed on to the delivery company. After a few emails to PriceWaiter and the transport company the issue was resolved quickly. I will gladly do business again with PriceWaiter.

Bosch Dishwasher
They were able to find the Bosch dishwasher I wanted when no one else was able to do so. It took a bit of time, but they did it. Communication during the process could have been a bit better, but I am very satisfied.
