I would have given 5 star had the shipment been just a bit quicker. I hesitated buying from this company only because I had never heard of them, but at that particular time they posted the best price for the Garmin S10 golf gps (I later found a better price, but oh well). No complaints, got shipping info and received it in good time once it shipped. Would not be afraid to buy from this company again.

Everything was quick and easy but the product wasn't as described, it said 4000A, which I already had and wanted another, model number GB150. But it came as a 3000A unit. I guess they didn't update the item? Disappointed and mislead.

Pricewaiter sent me NOT what I wanted, 4000 amps, is the unit I wanted. Pricewaiter sent me 3000 amp, booster. Wrong! Pricewaiter explained, that they don't have a 4000 amp booster. Then why did Pricewaiter try and pass off a product that wasn't powerful enough for what I needed!!

After I ordered the TV they sent a confirmation then nothing. I tried calling them 3 times and got voicemail recording. I actually thought I got scammed and reported it to my credit card company. Finally got the TV and not real happy with it.

The purchase went well and it was a good price but I accidently entered the wrong address. I let them know and they said I should contact the vender, aren't they my vender. They wouldn't tell me who to contact so my $200 is in limbo and I don't have the product. POOR, POOR, VERY POOR setup

I received this humidifier in just a few days... it worked fine but is too noisy and will not allow me to sleep...... I asked for a return label and credit for my American Express card after trying it for a couple days. So far I can get no response on the return label or the credit. Thus the poor rating. Used Pricewaiter to research the best price for a smart TV. Felt very confident going through Pricewaiter and was proven correct. While the purchased TV arrived quickly from the chosen dealer, it was defective. I contacted Pricewaiter customer service and received excellent service to rectify the issue. Definitely would use this service again.

I placed an order for a 85inch TV on price waiter, at the offered price. 2 days later I was told they can't fulfill the order at that price. It was disappointing, felt like the lower prices shown are a sham, just to get you interested. I can't recommend the service to anyone. Full disclosure: i was given a gift card for the error on their part. So 2 stars instead of 1.

I saved only a small discount off the purchase price by using PriceWAITER, particularly when one considers that the parts back up at Bosch turned a Christmas present into an All Caps WAIT well into the new year. By the time it got there, my wife had forgotten all about Christmas, and it was more like I "owed" her a dishwasher. Additionally, I had initially been rather happy about the Model I ordered having an indicator light that illuminated the floor under the door to let you know when it was on. That was cool beans, and my wife, too, liked the idea, only to be mutually disappointed to learn that in the PriceWAITER / Bosch attempt to get a dishwasher delivered (any dishwasher?), you or they changed the vendor, I believe, and in so doing, that mystery vendor sent her a different model than the one I ordered. I discovered this only after installing it, upon turning it on. One of the whistles and bells that attracted me in the first place, was missing, i.e. the indicator light. So, in summation, it ended up being the wrong model, delivered slower than Christmas, for a tiny discount, and PriceWAITER or Bosch got paid way back when I placed the order. I think next time I'm just gonna take the tradeoff and pay the MSRP price for instant gratification. I do prefer pheromones over stress. Anyway, what now PriceWAITER?
