because I never received an email confirmation of my order, had difficulty on your website finding a phone number for customer service AS WELL AS an email to ask questions (had to eventually google). it was very distressing and I had wanted to know when it would arrive. Had I known it would arrive nearly 3 weeks + aftrer my order, I do not believe I would have gone ahead and ordered it. originally, I believe that your site made it seem it would arrive within a week. this was all very disappointing to me. after nearly 2 weeks, I finally chatted with a rep that was VERY helpful, becuase I was beginning to think you site was not even legitimate. but she even tried to email me and I didnt receive it. but understand that I order many items and have RECEIVED EMAIL confirmation from ALL OF THEM. so you need to check you end and this would discourage me from future orders

Buying my TV through Pricewaiter turned out to be a great experience. Not only was I able to get the TV for a price lower than Amazon, I was also able to negotiate a few extra bucks off the price on Pricewaiter itself.

Given that this was a big purchase for me ($1500+), I was initially skeptical about going through with it be took a chance based on the review for the site and boy am I glad I bought from here.

The only drawback I experienced through this purchase was the anxiety caused by the negative reviews of the shipping company that was used by the retailer. However I’m happy to report that my TV was received without any damages. Shipping my was delayed by a week. Ended up getting the product within two weeks of ordering which was fine by me as I was willing to wait at the price I paid.

Definitely going to buy via Pricewaiter again!

The order took a bit longer to arrive than expected but out of the control of Price Waiter. While I was frustrated with the shipping delay, the holidays are a busy time and I was confident that Price Waiter was doing everything possible to expedite the shipment. I was satisfied with Price Waiter's service and communication during the entire process. The TV arrived NIB from a reputable merchant as expected. I am very pleased with both the TV and the $ I saved by using Price Waiter.

Shipping is too long still waiting. My order was on Black Friday I haven’t gotten yet. Almos 1 month

I ordered a flat screen TV through Pricewaiter on December 1st. Using the tracking number they sent me, it was supposedly "Out For Delivery" on December 11th. I was called by the shipping company they use (SEKO Logistics) that day, advising me that they did not have the TV, they didn't know where the TV is and that they were going to put a tracer on it. No one ever called me back to let me know what the results of the tracer was. I had to call them and they told me that it was "Lost in Transit" and that I would have to contact the seller to arrange for them to ship me a new TV.

I called the seller, who told me that they would have to call SEKO Logistics and get more information then they would get back to me. It is now December 18th and no one had called me to let me know where my TV is and when I can expect to receive it. This has been an absolutely a HORRIBLE buying experience!!

UPDATE: As of 12/28/20, a full MONTH after I ordered this TV from Price Waiter, I never did receive it. After MULTIPLE emails to both SEKO (the shipping company) and PriceWaiter, I was finally advised that they just couldn't figure out what happened to my TV, but it was lost. They refunded my money. So then I had to start looking for another TV all over again! DO NOT order anything from Price Waiter. you will be disappointed!

PriceWaiter is super easy to use and saved me a significant amount from the advertised prices of the tv across the web. Totally using this for high cost purchases going forward. Thank you!

They had the best price by over 80 bucks. So I ordered from them. When I looked at my receipt the shipping cost was 75 bucks for a speaker. Other than the redonkulus shipping rates I received my order in a few days and in good shape.
