Soft Pretzel Package was given as a gift and delivered by Fed Ex on my porch. I had been on vacation at the time and got the package 3 days later. There was no notice on the box ... or even on the pretzel box indicating "open immediately", "perishable", or "freeze upon opening." When opened, the hermetically sealed pretzels were covered in mold. When I contacted them by e-mail, they didn't respond to me, but instead responded to the gift giver suggesting it was her problem because they had be be put in the freezer upon arrival. This is unacceptable after 5 days and the fact that they were individually hermetically sealed indicates that the mold spores had to have originated from their factory.

I placed my first-ever order on 12/14. It was confirmed. To date, I have received neither a shipping update email nor my order. When I reached out I got a generic response telling they are busy because of the Holidays. I think their customer support is horrible. I will move to have the charge removed from my credit card tomorrow as this will be the last day of their promised 3-6 business day delivery.

UPDATE: My order from December 6 finally shipped on December 18, and arrived on December 20. It did not miss our family Christmas celebration, but I still don't understand why it arrived 10 days late.

I ordered nearly $90 worth of pretzels for Christmas gifts on 12/6 and the order has still not shipped, yet (edit: had not shipped as of December 17). I'm concerned because the last day for shipping before Christmas is fast approaching and customer service is only done by email and their response says that they are overloaded with emails and cannot respond quickly. I don't feel like these family gifts will be arriving in time, which is so disappointing. I looked on their instagram page and there are other customers with the same story, their order has not shipped, yet.

I accidently ordered an extra Pretzel box gift. I emailed the company right away and in less than 24 hours they had responded to my email and refunded my money for my error. Couldn't ask for better or quicker customer service!

I placed an original order from them and had a missing item. It took 6 emails to get a response. The y finally claim that the item is on the way and then charged me again for the entire order in the amount of 83.28. Now, I have to fight to get a refund. They are the worst when it comes to customer service.

These pretzels are the best. I gave some of them as gifts and only received great comments.

The pretzels were stale and the mixes were more peanuts than anything else. The pretzel mixes were not flavorful at all. Some of the gems have an after taste. Yuck! I will certainly not order any of these again. I was very disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

Found this company online searching for holiday gifts for my customers. I made an error with my order and they responded quickly and professionally. On top of that, they honored me with a discount on my second order. Will definitely use them again on future occasions!

This company has the most awesome pretzels. I am sending gifts to several people on my Christmas list. Also, their customer service is A+.

We ordered a pretzel delivery for a month out to be there close to Xmas day. The delivery was done in three or four days, almost a month early. I emailed them about it and they instantly replied saying they were sorry for the mistake and offering me a 50% refund (the recipients were already eating the pretzels lol). They followed through the next day and the refund processed into my account on Sunday. Mistakes happen but excellent responses like this are not common. Bravo!

Most authentic soft pretzel I've ever had! Customer service was wonderful after having a shipment disappear in route, another was sent immediately and arrived quickly. That original shipment never arrived so a mailperson somewhere must have been hungry! Pretzels have great flavor and texture. Be sure to follow directions and freeze immediately if not comsumed on day of arrival. They thaw quickly and no loss in flavor. Have recommended to several friends already!! Job well done Pretzels.com!!!!

They was delicious

Everything arrived quickly and fresh! We tried the Pretzel Challah for the first time and it was absolutely Delicious! 7 minutes in the oven and it was perfectly toasted on the outside and nicely soft on the inside. This is our new favorite pretzel! And of course the Pretzel Gems, well there aren't words for them except I am completely addicted to them!

Only qualm is FedEx isn't the greatest delivery service, and my package wasn’t getting delivered properly and was sent back. Luckily, you guys handled it with quickness and got my order back out to me. The delivery was still done poorly, but I did get my package.

Great savory flavors for the pretzels (GOUDA & DILLY RANCH ARE AMAZING!!!)

The sweet flavors are tame to me, but still delicious and snackable but savory flavors are where this company shines bright I see. Gouda needs to be PERMENANT FOREVER!! I's like a toasty bacon and cheese taste that's INSANITY!!!

A cinnamon roll or nutty apple pie flavor might be a great sweet flavor to try out next! A spicy dill pickle flavor would hit 100% especially since pickles have been trending SO HARD!!!

Shipped on time and arrived in good condition.
