Children's Doll Storage Bucket
The gifts or toys from your shop never happened, though I was not looking for any. What I saw after ordering called Children's Doll Storage Bucket, I did not seem to see that when ordering on all the storage buckets. I have not had them long enough to know how long they will last. I would guess maybe how I am going to use them at least five years providing the zippers hold up. For a child's use I would believe up to two years maybe towards fives with proper care. The weight of the zipper feeling like not very reliable if used often and by children would go out first. The price I paid from an Asian country seems a bit steep close to $300 for 7 Children's Doll Storage Buckets. This is the most honest and best review I can give. The ordering was easy. The delivery was not a problem. How the product was ship and the containers were fine not problem there. I believed it was delivered on or about given. What I am using them for are my extra clothing till they are needed.

I have called your customer support number MULTIPLE times along with different times and days. All I get is a constant recording that I'm being connected with the next representative who NEVER answers and after 10 minutes I get hung up on ! I ordered the power washer order # A9868B6B07 upon receiving the power washer P/W there were no directions and no adapter to connect the P/W to a garden hose. I sent an email to you guys yesterday and have heard NOTHING !!!! Your company offers no support and I want a refund on my order.

Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service
This is the third order I’ve place with this company in the last year. 3 strikes and you’re out.
Each time there were very slow fulfillment times and unprofessional customer service.
This last incident was an order I place 6/7/26. Today is 7/2/26 and it has not been received. I’ve contacted them multiple times. First I was told it had been delivered; then, that it was in transit. Today they again state it was delivered.
It was not.
They offered no refund.
I’ll never do business with them again and highly recommend others do not.
The items aren’t so great that this hassle is worth the time dealing with the unprofessionalism.
UPDATE:
There isn’t one. Within hours of posting my review, the company submitted a reply. It stated they would contact me.
I have had zero contact nor received a refund.
