I would think twice about ordering from this company. I ordered directly from the company and had a few issues with the order (no alert that the items were shipped, the ice being melted and the contents warm when they were received, being shorted a half tube of one item, and one of the items being stale). I have made several attempts to contact them via email, phone, and their chat and yet no one has contacted me to resolve the issues. Very poor customer service and somewhat poor product quality for a rather pricey product. I will not be ordering from this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a gift certificate for a special friend who loves beautiful things. This is the perfect solution: she can choose from a whole website of beautifil things that are also delicious!

I've made many purchases from Caramels.com and have never been disappointed. Excellent taste, excellent customer service and excellent shipping!

The butter caramels & the loaded walnut caramels were amazing! Definitely recommend & I look forward to trying other items. Also, their customer service is fantastic!

Good products, if they decide to send it to you. Ordered on the 19th of Dec...to date nothing has shipped and the company hasn't offered a reason for not shipping my order.

Ordered on the 21st of December. Gift for a friend recovering from ankle surgery. Never shipped order, cannot reach a person they have no listed phone number. All I get in reply to email is someone will contact me. They never do and I'm out $78. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Initially I was disappointed because after I placed a gift order for a Christmas delivery with an early delivery date, the package arrived after Christmas.
However the company contacted me to apologize and they had already credited a 100% refund because
“We did not meet our promise of a pre Christmas delivery”! Who does that!?
In addition, the caramels were the favorite sweets, especially the chocolate covered caramels.
I will definitely keep Caramels.com in mind in the future.

My daughter-in-laws bday was Dec 21. I ordered a gift for her on nov 28 to be delivered on Dec 19.
I checked the website to find a stamp on the order that said unfulfilled on Dec 23. 2 days AFTER it was suposed to be there. The have NO CONTACT INFO on the website only a link to send an email. I sent 3 emails to recieve to response until the 26th. I requested a refund bc the bday gift was no longer a bday gift but a after Christmas gift, now!!
Then to top it off I see they had the audacity to ding my card for ANOTHER $10. The cost of the fed ex they sent to have it delivered.
THEY DROPPED THE BALL. DIDN'T TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. CHARGED ME FOR THIER MISTAKE.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE BYER BEWARE, YOU MAY HAVE TO. DO THIER JOB TOO.

I'm still waiting for an order that i ordered a month ago to ship. I tried contacting the company twice for assistance and they will not respond. Not very happy as we spent a lot of money.

We sampled the butter toffee the bourbon toffee, and the pecan toffee. They were all very distinctive and all very, very good.
