This is the second time I've bought eyeshadows, and not only did they never arrive, but I never received the tracking number, and if you try to write to them on WhatsApp, they don't respond

UPDATE: emailed twice and am still pending a reply. Your response below means nothing until this is resolved. I want my money back.

I placed my order November 26th as Christmas gifts for my friends and family thinking a month was plenty of time to recurve my package but apparently I was wrong. I’ve been messaging and emailing for weeks with no response on my tracking number. Order PLC1819 this is embarrassing as a company. I ordered other things from different companies and received them already. Very disappointing it’s now Christmas Eve and my friends gifts aren’t here.

Warning: Scam experience

I placed an order on this website and never received a tracking number, even though I asked for it. When I first left a negative review, they emailed me accusing me of being “fraud” and claimed that I was the one scamming a “small business.” They insisted my order was on the way, but still refused to provide any real shipping information.

They kept sending me misleading emails saying my parcel was “on the road,” but again, no tracking number, no proof of shipment, and no actual updates. I removed my review temporarily to give them a chance to send the tracking number — but they never did.

Instead of proper customer service, they sent aggressive and unprofessional messages blaming me for their own lack of transparency.

At this point, I strongly believe this website is a scam. I still have no tracking number, no order, and no honest communication from them. I’m sharing this so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

I absolutely love Pretty Little Cosmetics! Their glitter eye shadows are stunning and long-lasting, adding the perfect sparkle to any look. The body glow gives such a beautiful, radiant finish that makes my skin look healthy and glowing. Their lip oils are super nourishing and keep my lips soft all day. And the brow soap is amazing for keeping my brows perfectly in place without feeling stiff. Overall, their products are high quality, easy to use, and make me feel fabulous every time. Highly recommend!

No order arrived, no customer service no response. Avoid as Scam

Status: Over 1 month later - NO product, NO communication, NO refund
What Happened:
I placed an order on September 24th and they were lightning-fast to take my money. However, over a month later, I still have not received my order OR any communication about its status.
My Attempts to Contact Them:
✗ Instagram DM - No response
✗ WhatsApp - No response
✗ Website chat bubble - No response
✗ Email request form on website - No response
ZERO replies through ANY channel. They have completely ghosted me while keeping my money.
Actions I've Taken:

Filed a dispute with my bank
Reported their Instagram as a scam
Reported their TikTok as a scam
Warning others on their social media posts

My Advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and disappear. There are countless other reviews saying the exact same thing. Save yourself the frustration, financial loss, and hassle of disputing charges.
This is not a legitimate business—it's a scam operation designed to steal your money. You have been warned.

My purchase date was 14 July 25 + I paid shipping of 4 pound for express delivery. Its been 2 months and I am still waiting to receive my parcel from them.

Despite the reviews, I wanted to give this company a chance, but it seems like I had been scammed; after roughly a month of it not having been even shipped, I emailed them, but they stopped responding after I sent them my order number (PLC1628), and no response to the email I sent afterwards.

I ordered some stuff back in May and still no response nor any signs that it'll ever ship... It's such a shame, because their glitters looked so gorgeous. I hope someday they'll make it up to me, because I'm so heartbroken that I've been scammed. :( But as of now, I, in my conscious, have to say this company may not have good intentions...

SCAM!!! Placed an order over a year ago and never received it. Have proof of over 50 emails and Instagram messages sent as well as many many comments on their instagrams posts until I was blocked from commenting. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT RECIVE IT

Absolute scam! Never got my product. Not a single update about if it shipped. Messaged them SO many times with no response and no other way to contact. DO NOT PURCHASE!

If I could give this site 0 I would, ordered 3 palettes back before Christmas and I haven't received anything. After several unanswered emails and unresponsive DMS. I've given up.

I paid for my order back in May 2024, they took my money but never delivered my products. I tried to dispute the transaction with my bank with no luck. It was $75.00

Habe kurz nach Weihnachten bestellt und bis heute (mitte März) noch nichts erhalten! Per Email geschrieben und auch über Insta aber null Rückmeldung.
Vor 1 1/2 Jahren hab ich schon mal bestellt und ich mag die glitzernden Liedschatten aber schon damals hab ich ewige Monate warten müssen und dann war nur die halbe Bestellung richtig. Keine Ahnung wie man so als Unternehmen existieren will und kann? Les nur noch schlechte Bewertungen! Verdammt schade!

I made on order more than a year ago, on 1. Feb.2024. After that order acknowledged received, but the item never…
After several remainders and follow up mails sometimes I got response, basically without information content.
I wanted to contact with someone by phone, response about never received.

Since gave tracking number I made the communication with post office (Royal Mail) they have not be able to track the item…
I wanted to give the ordered item as birthday gift to my daughter, but this company ruined such positive heart feeling, they didn’t care about, how it been destroyed…
In summary they swallowed the money, but delivery of the item never happened.
I am very disappointed with such behavior and really wondering how such company could exist???!!!!

Never received my order. the tracking system said on it's way 25th Dec 2024, it's now mid February 2025. I would recommend anyone to contact their bank and claim a refund. Once I showed them all the proof of correspondence and the lack of contact received, my bank agreed to refund my money immediately.

Ordered on Dec 26, needed help and they were super fast and nice on instagram! Once ordered, it went wrong… order was shipped on Jan 8 but only after I asked about it! It is now Feb 21 and I still haven’t received my order. They told me in our first conversation I would get a tracking number but never got one and now I cannot get a hold of anyone on email or Instagram, even tried commenting and they deleted my comment. I was always super nice in my messages, was super satisfied with the customer service preorder, but now I guess it was all a scam and I got robbed… pretty sad because I was super excited to receive and play with my glitters :(

Ils sont très réactifs lors du passage de la commande, répondent aux questions instantanément, de façon très sympathique, ce qui met en confiance. Une fois la commande payée, il n’y a plus personne. Pas de suivi pour l’envoi, pas d’envoi du tout d’ailleurs. Pas de réponse aux mails, ni sur le chat du site. Encore plus énervant, les commentaires insta des clients qui se plaignent de n’avoir rien reçu sont effacés dans les minutes qui suivent. J’ai eu le temps d’en voir plusieurs autres que les miens. Je ne comprends pas, est-ce une arnaque ou juste ils sont vraiment mauvais..je vérifierai les avis avant de commander quoique ce soit maintenant. Super dommage, leur produits ont l’air cools.

I ordered a palette, but the ordering was confusing so I ordered the glitters separately from the palette as I thought the palette is empty - ended up PAYING DOUBLE. I reached out to her and she ensured me she will do the refund very soon. That was like a year ago. LOL. Nothing then she stopped answering emails. Its not worth my time, but that is exactly what she is playin on. But you can see she is not replying here too to anyone, trying to make it better, she couln't care less. Pity I didnt check this unreliable company before I ordered. the quality of the stuff by the way is not as good as on the photos. Colors are totally off from the pics on many of them, and the large glitter pieces look like you have confetti on your eyelid. They are also hard plastic so they cut in when you blink.

I discovered this business on instagram and looked at their videos on social media for a while, it seemed legit, so i wanted to place an order. I was unsure with some things in my order, so I reached out to customer support MULTIPLE TIMES and they always replied within the same day, or the next day with more information about how to order... Once I ordered, however, I received an email about 3 weeks afterwards telling me the order has been "shipped", but when clicking on the respective link, nothing shows up. I tried reaching out to them 4 times since then, via their instagram page, official site and email, and I haven't received one single message back. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered, so I'm pretty sure my order will never come.
