Been dealing with Charlie the past couple weeks and he has been spot on the whole time, gave me plenty of options to choose from and was always keen to find exactly what I wanted.

Charlie was so helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough. Found me the exact car I wanted. Process was so quick and efficient.

Will definitely be going back through them for my next car.

Couldn’t fault the whole process. I initially made an enquiry just to see what was out there, and was contacted by Charlie, who was amazing. He wasn’t pushy and had my best interest always in mind, and was truly there to help me. When I decided what o was after, Charlie got straight to work and found a car for me which ticked all the boxes and did this within a day. He made the whole process super simple and stress free, and was always there to answer any questions, I couldn’t thank him enough, or fault any of the process. From deciding on the car, Charlie and Elliot managed to get it ready for me within 2 weeks, which was unlike anything I’ve seen! And when I went to view the car and pick it up, the whole process was smooth and stress free. Car was in great condition and couldn’t fault it, if you are hesitant and not sure who to go with when buying your next car, I seriously couldn’t recommend PrestigeCars, (and especially Charlie!!) enough.

My experience with prestige cars was incredible. I absolutely love the car that I received and it came as described and in perfect condition. I was first accompanied by Charlie who offered and provided perfect assistance, he kept me updated regularly throughout the whole process and gave me a great deal, he was incredible. I was then passed onto Elliott who finalised the car for me and also updated me constantly and ensured everything went smoothly. I would give this company a 10/10 not just for their great customer service, but because they offer great cars at a great price. I definitely recommend to anyone who is considering off this company.

Charlie was very prompt and professional with assisting me to sell my car. Got into contact with him on Friday and the car was collected the following Monday. Amazing service and reasonable price.

I am speechless by how smooth and seamless the process was. Both Charlie and Elliot are the most diligent, helpful salespeople I have ever come across. I spoke with a number of dealerships and brokers and by far these surpass each one i’ve come into contact with. I would recommend anybody in the UK to use these guys.

I deeply regret buying from Prestige Cars. The vehicle I received looked nothing like the one I had reserved, and within just three weeks, it completely broke down — the engine light came on, there were loud drilling noises, and a red oil light was flashing. I was told the car had been serviced the day before collection, but clearly that was not the case.

When I tried contacting the company for help, I received no response for two days. They also failed to provide the promised service history, despite multiple follow-ups. When I eventually decided to reject the car due to the serious faults, the process took over a month to complete. The payment to my finance provider, MotoNovo, was delayed, and I had to chase Prestige several times for confirmation.

When I contacted Emily for an update, she told me that the matter was “out of their hands” and that it was something their director or accounts team would handle — yet I was given no way to contact them directly. I was even told not to contact Prestige again, while MotoNovo confirmed they were still waiting for payment from the dealership.

This entire experience has had a major impact on my life. I’ve been unable to work, and my two young children have missed school because I’ve been left without a working car.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Prestige Cars to think twice. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a car purchase.

Purchased a car from an ad on autotrader, they kept putting off sending me a video of the car by saying “it was in prep”. They day before I meant to go and collect they car they sent me pictures and it wasn’t like the image they had used of the car on the advert, I explained this and they proceeded to tell me over and over again that I was wrong and it was lighting in the unit that the car was being held in. I then asked if they could drive the car outside and take more pictures and videos for me to see if it was just the lighting, they then proceeded to send me the car outside but they number plates were different on the two cars so they weren’t even sending me the same vehicle, I was passed onto someone else then who also proceeded to tell me the car was the same car in the advert pictures. When I explained I wasn’t going to go ahead with the sale and that I would like a refund on my deposit as I feel that I was miss sold the car and that it was false advertisement. I have comtacted the garage several times since sending a complaint email, messaging both people i dealt with and I have heard nothing. Since then I have found out that they haven’t told my finance company that I did NOT go through with the sale, so now I am stuck in an agreement for a car I never even picked up, I have spoke with them and I may have to pay 2 months worth of payments for a car I DO NOT have, before anything can be sorted as it takes up to 8 weeks. This means I cannot get another car in the mean time, meaning I can’t get back and forth to work without paying for lifts or transport, I lost the money on the train tickets also. Avoid at all costs as I would hate for anyone else to be stuck in my position!

Worst experience every sold me a unfit car from day one tried took it back they tried to repair the vehicle could not sent it back to me with the same issue now not even answering my calls big breach of contact laid to the final company to get the case closed not answering my calls been 3 months now have to get legal advise now

This company is a disgrace and their staff are absolutely useless with no professionalism whatsoever. I enquired about a car on a Thursday and spoke to a person called Connor, he told me the car was still available and that he would look at my finance options and ring me with an update. I waited till Friday evening and rang Connor back as I hadn't received an update, he told me that he had been busy all day and hadn't had time to check his emails but he was going to check and give me a call in the next 30 mins with an update. To no surprise that call didn't come, so on Saturday morning I rang again and was very frustrated about how this situation was being dealt with, I spoke to Connor again who said he was still waiting for the finance company to get back to him but he should get an answer by Monday. It's been 2 weeks since that last conversation and guess what...still no phone call from Connor or anyone from Prestige cars. I believe the car was never available in the first place and they (Connor) was just feeding me lies.

Everything about this company is poor, the customer service is non existent!

Do not buy and or think of buying a car from here, there's nothing 'prestige' about this company!

Brilliant service all round in the purchase of my new car. Dan helped the purchase run smoothly with no hassle at all. Minor touch up needed on the car and it was done within minutes of asking, fantastic customer service. The staff seemed very friendly and engaging with their customers, I will definitely be using PCE in the future and would highly recommend others to. 10/10.

absolutely useless. no sense of urgency from the staff. A conversation that could be finished in 5 minutes takes a week due to poor customer service. by the end of the conversation the car you want has been sold.

Great service, Lauren was very helpful and we are very happy with the new Mercedes A class premium plus. The car was wrapped and modified with the black pack to give it the sporty edge.
The car was delivered and the whole experience was fantastic, highly recommend!
