Presidential Estates Arvostelua

Moving is a very daunting task so many things to think about obviously getting the right price and buyer for the property is one of them. Not with these guys… coms was great, very professions and some great ideas on getting the best value for our home!! Thanks guys!! X

I dont say this lightly Alex and his team run one of the best Estate agencies I have ever come across.
Professional attentive hard working.
Highly recommended 5 star service.

Great service! Alex is so helpful without him I would not had a quick turnover on the sale of my house.

Fantastic service provided by a great team at Presidential Estates from the very first minute of interacting with them. Definitely would recommend anyone to go with them!

Great service, very professional and friendly, would highly recommend.

I have worked with Stewart professionally for over two years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest, and goes out of his way to do everything he can! Alex too is incredibly professional, hardworking and competent and I have recommended Presidential to a lot of people without hesitation. If we were selling our house again they would be the first and only company we would use.

The Presidential team from start to finish were exceptional.
Moving is one of the most stressful experiences combined with covid-19 and all of its restrictions, we thought it would be double the stress. However, we were completely at ease being kept in the loop with every step. No question was too big or small and we never felt the stress we expected.
Alex and Mat were so professional, nothing was too much trouble and they made the transition from old house to new feel like a breeze.
If you want to move and don’t know where to start, start with these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

i found everyone i dealt with at presidential estates to be friendly, efficient & extremely professional. selling your home is stressful and these fine people went the extra mile to to keep me informed at every stage. The valuation of my home was honest and realistic, there were no false promises I've had in the past from estate agents. The team are all fantastically driven to provide a first class service and i felt like their attention to detail was superb. They went above and beyond my expectations when is came to liaising with other vendors to keep 'the chain' together. I would fully recommend them to my friends and family. I enjoyed a first class experience and never once felt that my questions were left unanswered.

Fantastic experience with Presidential Estates when buying our family home. The team were amazing (big shout out to Alex David - who was nothing but a constant support for us during the purchase). Good communication, prompt, fast, and easy to deal with! I would highly recommend the team, thank you for everything.

We can not recommend Alex & Matt from Presidential Estates enough. Right from the start we knew these were the agents for us when they spent the time to get to know what we wanted with our new purchase and at the same time getting the maximum from our original property.
The team made it as plain sailing as possible and done allot of the hard work for us and actually made it an enjoyable experience with a personal touch. Something that we did not find with other agents.
If you want commitment, trustworthy, honest agents then these are the guys for you.
You will not be disappointed.
Thanks again for all your help.

I have used Presidential Estates twice now and they never fail to impress. I dealt with different people each time but received they same high level of professionalism and personal attention. I would and do recommend them to anyone looking.

Great professional team, wouldn’t use anyone else.

Ashworth Group

I would highly recommend Presidential Estates. In fact, I would never use another agent now!
I dealt with Matthew from start to finish on my house sale, the service and communication throughout my sale was excellent.
Thank you Matthew, you have been amazing.
Try them, you will not be disappointed.

We used Alex and the presidential team back in January and I honestly cannot state what a great service we received from them.
It’s one thing selling a house but quite another to get the deal over the line whilst keeping ourselves sane.
If possible I would award them six stars, well done chaps.

I could not recommend Presidential Estates enough! Amazing customer service, highly knowledgable and answered any question I had no matter how small! Made the process from start to finish so easy and I felt reassured the whole time. I will be recommending to all my family and friends. A special thank you to Alex David!

Absolutely fantastic!

These guys are the most helpful people in the business. Friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.

We were kept informed every step of the way for a hassle free sale!

Thank you very much Alex David for all your help and support!

I used Presidential Estates on numerous occasions and they have never failed to disappointment. Their professionalism makes them stand out from the rest, in every sense of the word. I have had the pleasure of working with Alex, Matthew and Stewart and all 3 of them have a wealth of knowledge and expertise with anything property related. I have used a number of agents in the past and let’s just say my experience hasn’t been great. These guys really are a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend them enough.
