Presidential Estates Arvostelua

Alex from Presidential Estates is a true gem!.
Throughout the conveyancing process, Alex was proactively engaging with relevant parties in order to ensure the chain remained intact and exchange took place.
Alex has brilliant communication skills and his professionalism can be seen from afar.
On one particular day, Alex dedicated a sigificant amount of time dealing with a glitch in the exchange process and he continued the ball rolling in a superb manner.
Alex has the ability to carry out actions and stay focused on the task.

Been working very successfully with Alex David recently regarding the sale of our property .

Alex was recommended to us and must say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him to date . Alex is very helpful and obliging and always easily contactable when needed.

The marketing and presentation of our property both online and at the open day arranged by Alex has been first class.

So pleased with the interest that's been shown in our property and also grateful to Alex in reviewing the bids in detail with us and advising us on the best way forward for all concerned.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Alex to anyone who is looking for a top quality and totally reliable estate agent .

Enjoyed my home sale journey with this team from start to end. They have exceeded our expectations.

Thank you Matthew for your hard-work, your transparency and honesty.

Matthew was supportive throughout with excellent communication.

Matthew helped me to rent out my flat that I have lived in for many years. I was keen to have someone who I felt comfortable with to rent it and Matthew was extremely supportive with finding the right person, he also consistently communicated throughout and lead me through the process. Matthew also ensured that there was no empty period.
Thank you again for all the support and I highly recommended Matthew to be the person to support with your rental.

Stewart from start to finish was great. He was helpful and serviced both us the seller and our buyers very well.

From the listing going live to selling was a little over two weeks and a very fair offer. 5* star service.

I can not thank Alex David enough his service can’t be beaten! Will always recommend!!!

We sold our flat through Alex and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Professional, informative and proactive - Alex went above and beyond for us throughout the process including helping us with our onward purchase. We really couldn’t recommend Alex and his team more - top quality service.

From the first time that I met Alex he made selling my property at the best price his priority. Alex really knows the local market, he's extremely knowledgeable of how buyers and sellers think to both support selling my property as well as helping me purchase my own. Alex also came across with integrity, passion and the ability to understand what was important to me - all key in deciding to choose the right person / company for the job!

The marketing and advertisement strategy was effective and one which showed me that I could trust my property with Alex and his colleagues.

Alex and Louise were always clear with communication throughout the process which is what you need as you progress through the sale when there are delays and dates need finalising.

Thank you both for your expertise, to those unsure - I fully recommend this company

From the moment I've signed my tenancy in 2020, Presidential Estates, and especially Matthew Sargeant have been nothing but professional, supportive and efficient.
Whenever I have had a request or issue, they have been quick to respond and offer assistance. They have kept excellent relations with my landlord which had a key role when help was needed.
I am extremely happy with the level of service and care Presidential Estates has provided. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy lettings agency to rent from or to manage your property.

Matthew is amazing!
We have such a hard time moving, being self-employed and with me being a mature student at the moment! The referencing is always a nightmare and this time was just so much worse!! Matthew made it happen - he was so patient and did everything he could to fight our corner, put us in touch with the right people and looked after us, making sure we were happy all the way. We honestly appreciate it so much and are SO happy in our beautiful new home!! This feeling has been a long time coming - thanks for going through the stress for us, Matthew!!!

Cannot thank Alex David enough for all his help. He has honestly changed my mind about estate agents! Not only is he brilliant at his job, he is also a fantastic person. He was well balanced in his attention to both us as the buyers and to the vendors and was truly working to achieve good outcomes for us both. He kept me up to date with regular calls and gave me reassurances. Whenever either party's solicitor was slow to response, Alex would chase them up and provide an update. I can't imagine going through a house sale, in the current economic climate, with anyone other than Alex. Without hyperbole, I would give Alex 10 stars if possible.

We found Alex David of Presidential Estates to be very professional and knowledgeable. Alex was always there to answer any questions and provide support. We truly recommend his services.

You won't find a more personable, Professional, Trustworthy and Friendly Estate Agent than Stewart Weedon at Presidential Estates. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him and Presidential Estates. From day one until we completed the exchange, Stewart was there with sound, accurate advice on the market and value of the property, so much so that we received £25k above our asking price.

We just bought our first home together under Presidentially Estates and it was a really fast and smooth process! Alex David is very helpful and really good on updating us on what's happening. I cannot say anything bad, will recommend them. 🙂

It has been a pleasure having Alex David deal with the sale of our property. He is amenable, approachable and efficient and was successful in securing what we wanted. I will certainly be using him again, when the need arises and would certainly recommend him. Always returns calls, although equally easy to reach. Thank you for all you have done.

Stewart has just sold our second property in his usual professional and thorough manner.
You cannot go wrong with this company, such a likeable person and available 24/7 which is a massive stress relief. He also helped us negotiate a lower price for our current purchase. Above and beyond!
Will continue to recommend Stewart to everyone we know, we simply wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a superb job

Alex at Presidential is not only highly professional but down to earth. I had to sell a property as part of a relative’s estate. I have never sold a property before. He has supported me and made the journey painless even though there have been a few bumps along the way due to the state of the property. He has kept me updated the whole time which has given me peace of mind. When he says he’s going to do something he does it and straight away. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Alex has been great throughout the whole journey, very supportive and understanding, would recommend him to everyone.
Thanks Alex
