Wederom zonder problemen gebruik kunnen maken van het sim kaartje voor Amerika.
Duidelijk proces van aankoop t/m in gebruikname.
Gaan hier volgende keer zeker weer gebruik van maken.

Adverteren met onbeperkte data en dan maar 1 GB op normale snelheid krijgen. Daarna is het internet zo traag dat je eigenlijk er helemaal niets mee kunt. En 1 GB is zo op met 5G.
Gewoon waardeloos en misleidend.

Expliciet betekent duidelijk! Er staat in eerste instantie alleen unlimited data Europe. Pas als je doorklikt zie je ergens tussen haakjes staan dat het helemaal geen unlimited data is, maar dat je maar 1GB krijgt. Dus nee duidelijk zeker niet, want als het duidelijk was had ik het wel gezien of niet? En unlimited ook zeker niet , want 385 kbps kun je niet eens mee browsen, dus dan neem je de boel gewoon in de maling.

Onbeperkt data en bellen in Amerika. Amerikaanse nummer krijg je een dag voor dat de periode ingaat. In Nederland installeren en in Amerika is het nummer dan automatisch actief. Werkt gemakkelijk en perfect allemaal.

We had service almost everywhere in the U.S.
Although The 5 GB for Canada was not enough.

We used the e-sim during our holidays in the USA and Canada. Our mobile phone was connected to the car via Apple Carplay and we used it for navigation and streaming music. The reception was in general good apart from some remote areas. The instructions need some improvement: turn roaming ON if you leave the USA and enter Canada.

4 verschillende kaarten gekocht en allemaal prima. 2 fysieke kaarten voor oudere modellen telefoons die geen esim hadden. Erg handig!
En uitgebreide keuze in alleen data (voor de kinderen) of inclusief bellen (voor onszelf). Bij 1 van de esims ging het installeren niet helemaal soepel, maar uitstekende service gehad van de helpdesk.

Applying for the Esim was very easy. However, last year I received the USA phone number a few days before the effective date. this year it turned out on the day of entrance. That was a bit confusing, especially because I wanted 100% certainty that it would work. Needed internet for navigation in my rental car. Questions were answered quickly and to the point. It turned out to work all, phone and internet, excellently in the USA. Including International (For me Europe)👍👍

You need to have an American phone number in the USA for calling support lines for a rental vehicle. The coverage is not great. But you can call when you are in a town.
Installing was not very easy but we got support.

Ordered sim card, received it within 2 days with clear instruction how to use and activate it. On day of activation received a mail confirming activation and phoneno. In a nutshell: easy peady.

Every year when i travel to the US i get a sim or e-sim from t-mobile from prepaid zero. Installing the e-sim on my iphone is very easy and as soon as you land in the US the connection is there. KLM forgot my luggage in the Netherlands so i was very happy i did order unlimited international calls for 5 euro. I had to call them many times. Next trip for sure an e-sim from prepaidzero !!

Next day delivery of physical simcard (to address in The Netherands), worked great from moment I got off the plane until leaving North America. Unlimited data and calls in US and 5GB in Canada. Only unknown factor was that usage in Canada was tricky. It's kind of hard to guess how many GB's are left before the 5GB runs out. Used for 4 weeks of car and on foot navigation. Great reception all over. Will definitely use again.

No Help from Prepaidzero. I paid without getting service.

After becomming the E-Sim, it wasn't compatible with my phone in the USA. Prepaidzero changed my purchase directly in a E-Sim that was compatible. Thanks for the fast and perfect service. File starts from me!!

Everything worked perfectly. I used Prepaidzero the first time. In the beginning, I did have a question, which was answered within 24h.
When I arrived in the US, the e-SIM card worked and during my stay, I didn't have any problems.

Fourth time i buy e-sims for USA and Canada. Unlimited internet connection and unlimited calls and messages in USA/Canada.
Carrier AT&T, excellent coverage in 5G.
