Prepaidzero Arvostelua 

I purchased a 30-day eSIM (data + calls) for the United Kingdom. The plan explicitly included 500 minutes for calls to EU numbers. While the data service worked without any issues in the UK, calls to EU numbers never worked.

I tried contacting customer support to get assistance, but I never received a response. I paid a premium price specifically for the ability to make calls to EU numbers, yet I was never able to use the service I had paid for.

Strongly advise against using this provider. It's better to get a SIM/eSIM locally or choosing a more reliable eSIM provider.

I purchased an esim for a trip to america. It worked perfectly, and I was able to stay in touch with my family abroad. The network was amazing

I used this to have data for a work trip on the Caribbean and it worked perfectly. The set up was easy and quick and I had no issues with connectivity whilst travelling.

Easy to use Simcard service, multiple trips to USA, always reliable.
Used in 2024, 2025 and will do so again for our trip to Florida starting 25th of April.

Purchased a 20 day unlimited esim for Japan for best price I could find online. Confirmation with QR code arrived immediately. When trying to install on iPhone XS Max it failed. Contacted the help desk by mail and received a reply within 10 minutes. Problem was eventually fixed after rebooting the iPhone. When arriving in Japan the esim worked immediately. Just make sure you change the 'mobile data' setting from your primary SIM to the esim.

I bought an unlimited data eSIM for 7 days for Japan and after only 2 days, having used only about 1,5gb, the data stream trickled down to the point where not possible to even open an email. It’s not the the kind of thing you want to spend time on, on a holiday. Too bad…

I am using Prepaidzero esims as a first choice during my travel trips and newer had any issue with installation and coverage. I did contact their customer service and get very fast replay. I can recommend it to every traveller. Thanks.

Ik had een prepaid kaart gekocht voor Amerika. Had in Nederland alles ingesteld zodat het telefoonnummer direct werkte in Amerika. Alles ging erg gemakkelijk. Ik raad het zeker aan om te gebruiken. Ik ga nu elke vakantie buiten Europa gebruik maken van deze handige telefoonkaart!

Applying for the eSim is really easy, and my experience with it has been really good. Since the first day I bought it, there hasn’t been any problem with it.

Ordered an e-sim and a sim card. Ordering was simple and delivery was fast. Fair prizes. Only negative was many commercial phonecalls ☹️☹️

Ik kocht een fysieke simkaart voor de VS (mijn mobiel kon geen Esim helaas), inclusief bellen. De data werkte prima. Ik had dan wel een Engelse simkaart en dus ook een Engels nummer, maar dat was opzich niet erg. Het bellen was alleen wat vaag via een externe app, al werkte dit ook wel redelijk oke. SMS werkte top. Tijdens het gebruik ondervond ik steeds echter wel wat kleine problemen, dat bijvoorbeeld het activeren niet helemaal lukte, of dat na 30 dagen mijn data verliep, terwijl ik voor 60 had betaald. Hier mailde ik altijd gelijk de support over. Soms kwam de reactie heel snel, maar soms duurde het dagen en vaak kreeg ik eigenlijk helemaal geen reactie. De laatste 30 dagen werkte het bellen niet meer. Meerdere keren om hulp gevraagd, geen reactie. Het kwam allemaal wat vaag over, en daarom zou ik de fysieke VS simkaart niet aanraden.

Al twee keer een simkaart besteld voor de VS. Zeer goede service en relatief snel antwoord op vragen.

Activeer je eSIM de dag voor vertrek en laat het een dag langer actief, dit omwille van het tijdsverschil in de VS. Goed en snel internet. Al verschillende keren gebruik gemaakt van prepaidzero en al vrienden ook getipt. Ik ben heel tevreden!
