Hello Andrea,
We are glad to hear that your order arrived fast and everything is as it should be 🤩
We look forward to hear from you again.
Have a wonderful day 🌸
We received our three posters and…
We received our three posters and frames (2 in 70x100 and 1 in 50x70). The delivery was smooth and the posters looks nice on our walls - however, be aware that when you buy larger posters with frames, they come with acryllic glass (plexiglass) which was disappointing to us... especially when the price for just the frame is 600 DKK (for some wood and plexi glass). When you pay around 1300-1500 DKK for one poster, you expect the frames to be in real glass.

Hello Filip,
I am glad to hear that the delivery was smooth and the posters are to the liking 😊
Yes, so frames over 50 x 70 are with acrylic/ plexi glass. It's a transparent thermoplastic material. Acrylic glass has advantages such as low weight and shatter resistance, which is why we use it for our larger frames, as it helps prevent damage or complications 🌿
We do also have the information regarding the glass on our website, but we are of course sad to hear that the frame are not living up to the expectation 🌻
There is not much we can do about it, but I wish you guys a wonderful day ✨
Huge import tax - not made aware
I'm disappointed that I have had to pay huge importance tax on my order. There was no mention of this on the website or order page, confirmation of order email.

Hello,
Before you place an order on the website, we have an information box, that states if we ship to a non-EU country customs may apply, it's right before you pay for the order - so that is the reason for the tax 😊
Unfortunately there is not much we can help with this situation , but I understand it's never fun to pay customs ☀️
I wish a great day ✨
Amazing service
Amazing service, the poster got to me within 4 days with ordinary mail. Packaging was nicely done. Thanks so much ☺️

Opening my package
Opening my package, i found the following: the glass was shattered, the poster had nicks, rips and tears throughout. There were fingerprints all over it. Paint was peeling off the frame. I am frantically sweeping up glass before the cat gets hurt. I have been searching for this print for a long time. This is beyond disappointing.

Hi Ben,
We’re so sorry to hear about the condition your order arrived in. We completely understand how frustrating this must be.
Unfortunately, shipping damage is not a mistake on our part but rather an issue that occurred during transit. However, we absolutely want to make this right for you.
Please send an email to claim@posterandframe.com with photos of the damages and packing. Then we will make sure to send out a replacement for the damages right away.
Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Best regards, Caroline, Poster & Frame Art Group

Wide range of posters and good customer service
There’s a wide range of posters on the website, and I was happy to find what I was looking for. However, I ended up returning it because I decided to go with a Canva-style option, as I wasn’t fully satisfied with the look of the paper.
I had some issues with the return process since the website states you need to send it back yourself. When I raised this, they promptly provided me with a link to the return portal, which made the process easier and cheaper. However, I found it confusing that the link wasn’t on the website or easy to find. I hope they fix this.
Despite this issue, I was happy with their customer service—they responded quickly and reimbursed the shipping costs.
