SCAM COMPANY BEWARE !!! Don’t buy shit from this company. I placed a three different orders for my wife and kids like 3 weeks ago Order was never shipped, when you email there customer support nobody answers or reply’s back. Now I gotta call my credit card provider and report fraud chargers. Everyday my wife and kids keeps asking me for an update but I don’t have anything. I found something interesting online saying that the company poppin candy had actually recently closed. So I assume they are scamming there clients by taking orders and not sending anything out. I’m a first time buyer with over $500 in orders and can’t believe the shit I gotta deal with this stupid company. If there’s some type of misunderstanding and I get my order I still wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them since it’s taking 3 weeks to ship my candy out. I was recommended by this company by three different people saying the shipping fast but I guess not. If popping candy sees this review answer your bloody emails like refund me or give me my candy I ordered. My wife pregnant as well with our third kid and she’s giving me daily shit about her Candy order.

Firstly there's such a great amount of options you can choose from for the pick and mix's, plus there's a lot of other products too like drinks and everything and I was surprised to see the prices being cheaper than what I'm used to.

After having an issue with a lost parcel (understandable over the busy Christmas period) I made several attempts to contact the company to address this. Please persevere with emails or Instagram messages as they will reply but sometimes I guess emails can end up in a junk folder or inbox messages missed. Also use Trust Pilot as a platform to raise a concern as messages on here will be looked at and responded to in a timely manner.
I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service after addressing my concerns on here and they did everything they could to put things right for me.

So pleased with my first order, it came packaged well and delivery was very fast. I will be ordering again

I’ve had a few pick and mix’s from them now and they are incredible. The choice is insane! Their premixed bags are also fab- they’re a nice way to try something new but don’t want to commit to a huge quantity. I accidentally gave them the wrong address, it was so easy to email them and amend it, great customer service. Will use again and again and again x

I just completed my third order from Poppin Candy (which is delicious) even when shipped all the way to the US. I had a question about my order and Sophie was so quick to reply, respond, and solve my problem. I was amazed at the customer service. They definitely stand out from other companies in today's world. Shipping is extremely long and you cannot get in touch with customer service if you have problems with the order. Very frustrating and not worth ordering.

At first, I was having trouble with the order, cause this was my first time ordering from them. They were extremely sweet and helpful! They managed to help me with the situation quite well. :)
The delivery also went smoothly, although there was this small issue of my package not being delivered, even tho it said that it was. But that was not their fault. The package merely wasn't able to be delivered and it was sent to a packing station (?) instead, I just didn't realize that sooner. But in the end, everything went perfectly fine! The candy also tastes quite good. :]
And they also sent this Christmas card, which I find very very sweet! Merry Christmas to y'all, too!
I already know that I'm probably going to be buying something from here again in the future!

Not impressed. I haven’t even received the candy. This was specifically bought for Christmas. I purchased on 12/3. I didn’t realize at the time this company was out of the country. That was fine I had time before Christmas… it JUST made it to customs 12/19 and is being reviewed.. safe to say there’s no way it’ll make it before Christmas. So if you actually need or want this in a timely manner, I hope you are okay waiting a month to receive CANDY if you are in the US.

I’ve only had one non-urgent question (checking in about whether they thought my order might arrive by Christmas, as I am in the US) and someone answered me within 24 hours. They were so helpful and informative and friendly. It was wonderful to get a response from a real person who could directly and quickly answer my question! Love!

They're so helpful and kind! I've ordered a handful of times, and the candy is fresh and flavorful every time I've received an order. Any time I have had an issue its been on my own part and they've been very helpful every time, Sophie in particular most recently. Great staff and amazing products 👏👏👏
