Got everything I ordered, came within 5 working days.

Expensive and slow, no way to cancel order unless you phone and small print says you get charged 9.6% cancellation fee. Terrible company and I will not use them again.

Fresh. Super sweet, delicious candy. The peelies omg there so good and so sweet, way sweeter then I was imagining and the texture and consistency was just on point!!!!!
I also got the blue raspberry bag, and tha opened my eyes to candy I had never even eaten before. Now I have to do another massive order of the “Big Sour Blue Rasberry” candy, because tbh there not sour, they are the most delicious sweet to a perfect extent candy I have ever had the pleasure to eat.

Came exactly as ordered and is a legitimate site but my main issue is the quality of the sweets provided.

They somehow have a certain smell and taste of chemicals instead of their actual flavour. Normally I would chalk this up to my custom box order but I have a feeling this is not the case due to some of the normal shark gummies also having this strange sort of taste and smell

I won't order again and I'll probably just buy some skittles or something

Ordered from Shopify which had a previous address. Emailed the Poppin Candy on how to update, received a long reply message stating it could take many business days for a response. Surprisingly received a response very timely and shipping address was update with zero issues.

Such a diverse range of sweets, you can find absolutely everything and they all taste great!

Stay clear... all seemed good with the items and delivery took a little while but I can live with that. The problem came when I opened the delivery and there was handwritten notes on the dispatch note saying items were out of stock with no prior warning. It also said I would be refunded... which I wasn't!! Again i can live with things being OOS but warning would have been nice, however I can't live with having my miney stolen! When I am told I will get a refund and then not and after contacting them and sending the picture of the dispatch note I just get ignored. Overall pretty terrible!! STAY WELL CLEAR unless you want to just guess what you'll recieve and not get what you pay for.

Very good customer service have not got my package yet but they helped me understand when and how it would be delivered will be ordering from here again!!

Greatest candy ever. I ordered Candy to be shipped to USA and I was expecting to wait a couple weeks for the shipment, as stated on their website. Although the shop app took a bit to update, they were very helpful when I reached out via email and took care of my concerns right away.

I ordered around $70 worth of candy to be delivered in Spain. I thought Popping Candy said they handled import fees that were covered in the shipping cost, which was expensive. That isn't the case.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I updated my review to five stars because I was able to work with the Poppin Candy team to get a refund for the customs I had to pay, and I ultimately did receive my package. It looks like there was a one-off issue where Spain's customs flagged the package, for some reason. That was the cause of the delay, which is outside of the company's control. I was happy with the customer service they provided in the end. And I did get my candy (!!!!!!) in perfect condition.. just with some delays.

I had a shipping address error on my end and the representative Julie was so helpful in fixing that before my order shipped. I have seen this company on Facebook for years and I finally bought my first tray to split with my partner for our anniversary. I'm so excited to receive my bundle of candy!

They don’t answer emails at all, I have been emailing customer service about my order that still has not shipped out. I also reached out on their instagram and tiktok as well and still no response. It’s going on 16 days since I placed my order with no updates! Order #399390. I may have to take it further and issue a chargeback with my credit card company unfortunately since I have no idea if I am even receiving my order at this point.

Absolutely sucks because I ordered from them before back in 2022 and never had severe order issues like I am experiencing with them now.

I was disappointed, as I feel the packaging cost more than the actual sweets, the amount of sweets was quite small compared to what you pay. The sourz sweets were quite hard. There were more cola bottles than anything in the packet, which is the cheapest sweet ever.
