Great customer service! Sophie was so helpful when it came to the best by date for one of the products I ordered. Even offering a refund or voucher for the mix up. They always have the best candy and the nicest customer service!

It was our first time ordering. I am proud they had a milk free optiopn for candy and got the platter set up perfectly for my 16 year old. The other platter and a bowl of the chocolates were perfect too which we put in cold storage. As for the mystery boxes they were awesome. So many things we never see in the US!

I have ordered a few times and if there are any issues their team is friendly and fast in trying to solve the issue, the items always arrive well packaged and presented and are good quality I'd definitely recommend!

I’m beyond happy with the customer service I received. There was a technical issue with the website and I hadn’t noticed I was getting charged for 2 large bowls when I only created one and added it to the cart. (Website duplicated the bowl.) I ordered and didn’t even notice, but they did and they emailed me to get it sorted out and made sure I meant to get 2 of them. When I confirmed I didn’t mean to get 2 they promptly refunded me for the second one and started working on my actual order. All in all I rate these guys 5 stars! 💖

I misplaced my order, and quickly contacted customer service to cancel the order. Instead they were able to adjust my order. With their quick response and kind manner we were able to rectify my silly mistake. I just received my order and everything came perfect! Tastes delicious as always. I recently found popping Candy through google and I’m so pleased I did! Their selection of sweets is amazing and so much different to other companies I’ve looked at. We really like American sweets and they have a huge selection. There was a problem with my order and I was contacted straight away and was sorted so quickly without any problems. The service and candy is absolutely the best! The candy is so fresh and priced cheap, comes in a vacuum sealed bag. I ordered from USA and had my order in 5 days. I love their tik tok page too! I made a mistake and ordered 3 two pound bags with a huge bowl and they responded immediately and adjusted to one pound bags for me! Sophie is kind, nice and I’m glad to have a great candy place for all my events and birthdays! Try this place it’s the best one out here!!!

The communication was friendly and encouraging, I never had to wonder where the product was due to the consistent updates, the selections were ones I had never tried before and my picky 3-year-old tried a variety of new things as well! I hope this company thrives for generations.

I lost my sense of taste and smell almost 8 years ago, and the candies I ordered were all flavors I knew I liked and a bunch of different textures. My kids and I tried some of everything I got and my eldest (17) said the flavors were spot on and amazing. My other child (7) absolutely loves the gummy brains!

This company is amazing at response time, delivery time and the product is AMAZING!!! Sophie answered all of my questions so fast! The time difference between me in Florida and her in the uk, and still I would always get a response within 10 hours every time! This is where I will buy all my treats!!! Thanks!

I had great customer service from Sophie! I emailed poppin candy about a small little issue from my side (no fault of theirs). I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, and thought maybe I could ask for a possible solution. Sophie responded quickly and efficiently and she was able to help me solve this with no issues! I really appreciated her help, I barely had to wait, she made sure to get it sorted for me as soon as she received my email. I’m a first time buyer, I’m excited to receive my order and to try it!

AVOID POPPIN! If you live in the US, order nationally & locally. This company sends old, stale, off smelling & tasting product. Some inaccurate items were sent. We were gaslit. Customer service is atrocious, if it exists, at all. We were promised credits we never received. POPPIN is a show & tell robot run clown company. POPPIN could not care less about customers. We will be reporting to all better business bureaus. LEGIT SCAMMERS. BTW *We did cancel the singular chargeback and were met with being totally “ghosted.” No vouchers. No further communication. Zero. Nothing. The complaints about this company are far x wide. Shop nationally x locally. USA all day.
