Vraiment pas sérieux, a éviter totalement. J'ai commandé une lampe bouteille en verre lumineux avec photo pour offrir...j'aurais pu le faire moi même. Du travail dégueulasse. Colis mal emballé, le support était totalement plié pour que ça puisse rentrer, la photo découpée n'importe comment et collé dessus comme un enfant pourrait faire, pas du tout comme c'est montré sur le site. Payé trop cher pour le résultat catastrophique. C'est honteux d'offrir un objet fait sans soins à la va vite.

I ordered an emblem for my husband's car for his birthday. I paid from my bank account to the merchant's PayPal account.
I tracked my parcel. The day that I expected to receive my order, I shocked with an email that my address was incomplete. I contacted customer service and told them that the order would be returned and I asked for it to be reshipped or my money refunded but they blocked me and they no longer receive my messages .

as you can see if you track the number it is almost a month for delivery and they say 15 days
A last minute email from customer service, "we couldn't produce what you asked so we send a similar one" are you serious?! It is a CUSTOMIZE product, you MUST do it as it was asked for..... Now they are offering refund 20% of refund. This is outrageous.
