Answer to my Order Cancellation after 4 months? Send it out!
Cancelled my Order but instead of returning my Money the shop sent my order out the same day as answer to the cancellation via email.
I waited 4 months before cancelling...
Every Pokemonshop has currently worldwide problems with getting cards but this case took extraordinary long.
Making excuses all the time plus sending orders out to people who dont want them anymore is a total No-Go.

Ordered in July of 2021 - Pokemonproshop went silent
Ordered in July of 2021. Did not receive my order until now. When asked what is up with the order and for money back since the order can obviously not be delievered I am met with silence.
Maybe writing here finally helps with getting a response.
Just be careful with pre-ordering something on this shop guys
Edit: maybe you can start offering refunds then. How soon do you think will you receive the orders if you have only received 5% after a year so far? I think it is time to just refund people their money.

21 januari 2022 heb ik twee ETB's besteld (pre order) en sindsdien helemaal niets gehoord. Ik heb inmiddels 4 keer geprobeerd contact te leggen(via email, chat en cantactformulier), maar helaas geen reactie. Ik vind het ontzettend vervelend dat ik er zo achteraan moet en geen reactie krijg.
Ik heb eerder hier ook producten besteld en dat ging prima, maar nu krijg ik een verwaarloosd gevoel, dat je als klant absoluut niet zou willen. Heel jammer dit...

Wij hebben de afgelopen weken/maanden ook minstens 10 mails en Facebook posts gemaakt dat we niet meer reageren op vragen met betrekking tot verwachte levertijden. Wij kunnen hier niet meer op reageren. Wij hebben 1000+ klanten in Europa en krijgen dagelijks 100 mails binnen van onze shops. We late altijd via newsletters en posts weten hoe het ervoor staat. Wij kunnen er ook niets aan doen dat Pokémon steeds delays aankondigd. Wij zijn dagelijks dag en nacht bezig met inpakken en krijgen geen mails en berichten beantwoord als we orders snel uitgestuurd willen krijgen. Wij hebben iedereen ook meerdere malen gevraagd om geduldig te zijn. ALLE shops in Europe hebben leverproblemen dit ligt dus niet aan ons. Als de marges groter waren hadden we ook meer personeel kunnen aanwerven maar helaas.. Iedereen wil altijd alles te goedkoop waardoor we met weinig werkkracht alles moeten oplossen.

Goed verpakt, snel verzonden en echte kaartjes!!
Ik was eerst heel sceptisch omdat ik zoveel negatieve berichten zag maar ik heb toch besloten brilliant stars te pre orderen . Er kwam netjes een mailtje met dat de bestelling binnengekomen was , en ook toen het verzonden werd . Verder zat alles goed verpakt (op de doos stond fragile tape ) en elk artikel was apart verpakt met bubbelplastic en had nog de originele seal erop . Ook zat er veel schuim en plastic in de doos om alles verder te beschermen . Ik ben echt heel erg blij met alles ! Geen krasje op de etb , geen deukje in de build en battle stadium en de Boosterbox is ook volledig schadevrij . De kaartjes zijn ook nog echt :) super bedankt ! Ik raad echt aan om hier te bestellen , zelfs al zijn mensen een beetje negatief in de comments!!

Mensen moeten ons nog een beetje leren kennen, meestal als het negatief is zal het gaan over de leveringen. Maar die lopen overal moeizaam door Pokémon zelf. Daar kunnen we helaas zelf ook niet veel aan doen. We kunnen enkel ons best doen met wat we wel in handen hebben.

not recommended for pre-orders
Hi there,
I cannot recommend this shop in any way for pre-orders. I have made a total of 4 pre-orders this year and only 1! was delivered. Here, pre-orders are accepted on a large scale and generate money, but delivery is not made. However, when the products are released, they are sold at increased prices (30 to 50% more expensive) in the shop. As a pre-orderer, however, you are told that there are no goods and you want to be patient.

We are aware of this issue.
Still we believe this is not a fault from us and we can not deliver products if there are globally issues with transport. We always send out goods as fast as when they arrive. Celebrations has been a big disaster felt by many shops. Heavy allocations & very long delays. Even the main suppliers are months behind with these orders. We are receiving Celebrations items every week. And there are still items coming until January 2022.
With all other sets we never have seen these issues before, for us it's also not fun to do business like this. People who have ordered from the beginning know they can expect fast and safe deliveries. We hope the next sets will be delivered smoothly since there are still issues in the transport sector.
